Independent Wine Store

This is an undiscovered gem of the Mornington Peninsula. However, it’s not a cafe but rather a high quality wine cellar that serves antipasto platters with the wine and provides a nice coffee too if you wish. Make no mistake, it’s good wine that’s the key focus here and rightly so. The selection of Australian and international wine is excellent. There’s expensive stuff, there’s very reasonably priced wines. People come from all around including Melbourne to buy here. We had a wonderful time this afternoon. Sitting in the sun at the front was idyllic. The wines we selected - one riesling and one shiraz - were superb. The accompanying antipasto platter was a cracker too. Beautiful cheese, olives and meats. Couldn’t fault it. Add lovely friendly service and the ongoing Indian summer sun and you’ve got a perfect day. We left very happy with an armful of great wines and cheeses. 😍😍

Whether an everyday bottle or something a little more special, they'll find the perfect bottle for you. A gem of a place.

Fantastic store! The staff/owners were so helpful. They spent so much time with me (I am only a beginner wine enthusiast) explaining so much about the wine I was interested in they obviously are extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience to stop in and have a conversation! Thank you so much. We will be back!

They spent a lot of time explaining the LOCAL SOUTHERN PENINSULA smaller no cellar door wineries who produce great quality product between the $20 - $35 price range.Their knowledge is broad & in-depth. I bought 3 x great Pinot Noir's, 1 x Chardonnay, 1 x Pinot Grigio & 1 x Pinot Gris.
