Good range of beers, spirits, wines and RTDs'. They have some good specials and the customer service is quick and friendly. Ample car parking just outside, with easy access from parking areas.
A great, I mean! Enormous set up when walking through the entrances! Definitely a place to pop in and pick up all your groceries! It even had Australia Day promotional items! Not many, yet still better than nothing!

Customer service can make or break a business.
I am so happy to report that the individual customer care and service is alive and healthy in this store. The staff are so very attentive to customer needs, always on the lookout to help without necessarily having to be asked and so very friendly at the checkout too. It is an absolute pleasure to shop at Dromana IGA. Thank you to the managers who obviously have discovered the importance of a higher morale atmosphere with their staff which flows on down to the ever so important customers. We’ll done 🥇

I recently visited Dromana Richies IGA and I was absolutely blown away by the selection of food and the quality of the products. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, dairy, meats, and other grocery items. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to find everything I needed. The prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dromana Richies IGA to anyone looking for a great food store. It is one of the best food stores in the world!

Amazing grocery store. This is a full selection IGA supermarket. I love the fresh baked Artisan breads snd and pastries delivered daily from Phillipas, Noisette snd the like. I love the Pain au raisin and Almond croissnts from Noisette!

This IGA has EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
It us a comprehensive fully stocked supermarket and the breadth and depth of products is phenomenal. It's probably got the biggest selection of goods I have seen.
It won the best IGA in Australia award recently.

This is without doubt the best supermarket in Victoria I live in the Berwick area and when working in the peninsula I always have to pop in as the selection there you cannot get anywhere else and the staff are always friendly 10 Stars for me 👍

I come from berwick and work at woolworths, and the variety of different foods and how well displayed and clean it was was incredible !

If l lived down here l would certainly be asking for a job

The best IGA in the Australia. Bar NONE. The produce is exceptional as is the cheese selection. Breads, pastries, pasta and popcorn all made in house. An amazing fresh seafood counter, opposite the top shelf butchery. Condiments, and spreads, with crackers and breads to rival the best delicatessens and of course a massive grocery section with plenty of dietary alternatives.

Very professionally laid out and run store. Where I live I usually shop Woolworths and Coles for convenience. But I notice their lower standard. Ritchies prices are significantly higher though...but I should probably pay that to support a more local business.
Now...if in this post-covid age we could just get this new generation of Dromana shopper to mask up rather than feeling they have the right to cough their guts out all over me...haven't noticed that so much in my local Woolworths or Coles. Perhaps it is just a holiday maker thing?

Friendly staff. Great variety including things for food allergies. Great selection in their deli and bakery sections and good fresh vegetables. Meat was reasonably priced. It was very busy but the staff managed to make sure the lines moved well. There's a public toilet in the shopping centre as well.

Went for a drive to Dromana. Grabbed some yummy cooked pork belly and roast potatoes for lunch on the beach front. IGA has a great deli and amazing cheese selection. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
