Simply the best! Won’t go anywhere else in town for my coffee now days. Bonus points for snacks that aren’t always on the list but are always appreciated by the family, if the snacks make it home that is.

Montino is surely the most authentic and best deli on the peninsula. We always stop here to stock up and beat the queues at the local cafes for a coffee. The batch brew here is exceptional!

Coffee lovers run the best cafes. New owners have energy and passion for deliciousness. This coffee is really well-rounded with a deep flavour, I usually have mine quite strong. When made light it also had a lovely aroma and was very smooth. I was also impressed they were stocking Melbourne-made coffee. Highly rec <3

Hands down the best coffee on the peninsula! We had wonderful coffees and delicious classic toasted ham, cheese, tomato sandwiches for brunch on the beach. Also had some great little gifts for foodie friends - picked up some smoked salt as a gift. Friendly, helpful service. The staff were happy to help and made great suggestions. Will definitely be going back!!

The new owners here are injecting enthusiasm, friendly service and deliciously good food, cheese, meats and of course.... coffee! it helps to have real foodies and coffee lovers running a deli and these guys seem to know what they're doing. Sangers are fresh and tasty too! This is my new fave place to stop on the peninsular. Would definitely recommend.

Possibly the BEST soy mocha I've had in a while. The barista took her time to make the coffees we ordered which i prefer and really appreciate. i was in no hurry so I waited patiently for my coffee to made perfectly and better than I expected. I'd love to know what chocolate they use.

Montino has long been our secret go-to in Rye for great coffee, then new owners took over and moved things up to the next level.
The new local blend is fantastic, great crema, and the whole shop has been reinvigorated with an extensive range of interesting products.
The new owners are happy and friendly and bring back that great connection people used to have with their local shopkeepers that is sadly being lost.
Do yourself a favour, support local businesses, and pay them a visit. They are the corner shop opposite Woolies in Rye.

The owners, staff and vibes here are amazing! From the lovely sourdough bread to the finest deli meats and cheeses, and then the coffees that are catered to each customer, I highly recommend supporting this local business who always provide the best of everything!

We stopped by to peruse this deli's bounty on our way to the Peninsula. The staff were most helpful at finding delicious vegetarian cheeses and other assorted delights. The picnic we had after that was definitely the highlight of the day!

Delicious coffee! We went back twice and even bought some of the beans the team uses ground for a machine at home (and it's delicious at home as well). Great stuff Montino team.
