200% Satisfaction. I build up my entire violin-making workshop with Gregory Machinery. The first thing attracted my eye is they do have beautyful machiney witch I was looking for. And than, most important, their helpful , friendly, professional staffs Cameron and EX-staff Simon. Both of them are very responsible and reliable. I sent a E-mail to Gregory Machinery in February when I still in China, and the Gregory is the only company who replied my E-mail and Simon helped me to choose every thing. unfortunately, when I got to Melbourne, Simon no longer working for Gregory. But he still pass me the messege very quikly that let me contect other person. Cameron is the one who stand by me for the hole purchase. He's answer is alway qiuck, accurate, and considerate. I build up my work shop in this special moment, make me feel more greatful. I hope that one day I can go your store and say Hi and thanks in person. Beautyful Machiney, Lovely person. This is just a review to say thank you for my new Laguna Fusion 3 Table Saw. It is everything I hoped for and more. My experience from the first phone enquiry with Cameron Ward in December 2019 to the delivery 2 weeks ago has been truly professional and extremely helpful.
The Saws manufacturing quality is very high and the smooth operation of the Fence and Mitre Gauge make it a pleasure to work with. With the added bonus of a dust extraction setup that removes 99% of air-born dust and a built in wheel system which allows easy moveability this saw has quickly become the favourite tool in my small workshop.

I purchased a Harvey Table Saw from Gregory Machinery - I had done my homework and knew the Harvey Table Saw was one of the best on the market. The machine, as sometimes happens, developed and issue so then the real test was product support and I could not fault Gregory Machinery or the Harvey Table Saw manufacturer. Both immediately set towards issue rectification. I would not hesitate to recommend the Harvey Table Saw and even more importantly the supplier Gregory Machinery.

I have been dealing with Gregmach for he last 20 years - we recently bought a laser and a CNC router The service and training supplied by Warwick Gregory was first rate. Since purchase the after sales service has been excellent and if we have need some advice along the way they whole team has been very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.

I recently purchased a WOODMAN CNC router from Gregory Machinery. We had some small teething issues running the machine but with help from Warwick Gregory who has gone above and beyond to help us including technical assistance from overseas we are happy and excited with how things are running now!! I have really appreciated Warwick’s time over the last 2 days on site and from overseas previously getting us to the stage we are at now. Warrick and his team have sorted all issues in getting our machine operating including spending countless hours with our staff ensuring understanding in programming and overall operation. I bought a second-hand 10” Woodman planer/thicknesser of GM and for 18months wrestled with the thing to get it to mill correctly. They sent out a service technician a few times and also took it back to their workshop to try and get the thing coplanar. No matter what they did it was a monster so in the end we concluded that the previous owner had probably dropped it and bent the frame.
I said I really like the machine and could they do me a deal on a new one so long as they took back mine for the price I bought it for. They did this and more.
So recently they delivered a brand new 10” Woodman planer/thicknesser and after running about 100 metres of timber though it, it works like a charm. This is a great machine.
I also cannot say enough about the professionalism, the service technicians and the sales Dept at Gregory Machinery. It’s getting harder to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers’ needs and this company does that in spades. Whenever I need new or second-hand machinery, or machines serviced, I will be going to Gregory Machinery.

We found the staff at Gregory Machinery to be of great assistance , there knowledge and passion for there equipment equipment was second to none.

These people are straight arrows, they are extremely honest and approachable about strengths & weaknesses of products which is as rare as hens teeth. No hype, no sales pressure at all, just guys who love woodwork and can discuss the real world performance of tools (yes beyond their own range of hand /power tools) and NOT just regurgitate what's printed in a catalogue. They have won my trust over 15 years and again gave outstanding support today. Worth a visit, really

Great support from Warwick and his team from Gregory's. Always been happy to fix any issues that arise. Great value for money machines we run a good quanity of machinery from here including disc sanders, bobbin sanders, mortiseing machines, lathes, drill presses, laser cuttrr, CNC overhead router pannel saw and a range of extraction systems all come fitted with quality safety switches and lockouts which is important for us from an education perspective. Warwicks also been excellent customising our CNC and laser rotary to suit what we needed. Hightly recommend.

I'm very pleased with the information and service provided by Cameron Ward at Gregory's. I recently purchased a JessEm router table, TA fence, other JessEm router accessories and the Swiss-Tek router motor. All items were delivered interstate quickly and in good order. The pricing was competitive (compared to Amazon or overseas dealers) and I'm more comfortable dealing with a knowledgeable local company than with an internet based seller who has no expertise in these specialised products.

Our school has been using Gregory Machinery for years and have always had great service. Our most recent purchase has been a new Laser cutter and a new CNC flatbed router. Warwick has always been there to help with setup and info about how to use the machines. Warwick and i are currently working together to solve a gremlin we have in our data proflie for the machine, he is methodicallly working through the issue and educating us at the same time.

I have had the absolute privilege of doing business with the team at Gregory machinery as Alan Gregory organised the build of a 1100mm wide thicknesser/sander.

Purchased a CNC machine from Gregory Machinery, Warwick came down and installed everything perfectly and got us up and running within a day, machine has been performing perfectly, don't risk buying cheap machines on Ebay, buy a proper machine from Gregory Machinery.
