Very happy with our experience at Mr Stoves. Very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson (Lavennia) who showed us the options for our sized home. The time from visiting the showroom to actual installation was 72 hrs. The installers were prompt cleaned up afterwards and did a great install.

Today we had our new Vogue Pintel wood stove delivered and installed. This was the culmination of what was a great experience from start to finish.

The start was a detailed discussion at the Mr Stoves showroom with Brian Douglass. There we learned about the product range and came away with detailed information and excellent guidance regarding the wood stove to meet our needs. A couple of days later we placed the order.

Between order placement and installation, I had need to ask a few more questions and received excellent assistance from Jesse.

The finish was today when the Mr Stoves installation team arrived punctually and proceeded to perform a thoroughly excellent installation with expertise, consideration and care that is very rarely seen these days. Ron and Patrick have been installing these heaters for many years and have many amazing testimonies among the Mr Stoves reviews. Having now seen them at work, we absolutely understand that the comments of the other people are very genuine.

We'd like to thank the Mr Stoves team for a fantastic experience. We'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering a wood heater or another of their excellent quality products.

We could not be any happier with our new Vogue Sierra fireplace!! It fits in perfectly to our little 1940s cottage, like it had always been here. I had no idea on what we needed, just knew I wanted to keep our family toasty this winter. Everyone I spoke with were so helpful and professional, from working out which wood stove would work best to being super prompt in their emails and answers, keeping up to date on the install and customer service. Their choice on other small family companies they choose for their hearths and the guys who do the install are all A1. The instal team are curtious, professional and super quick. Highly recommend. Cant wait for winter now!!

I had an internal fireplace installed and wow…… they were OCD careful with the way they installed it and go the smoke part to go right up to the roof level and ensured the neighbouring units in Onslow street Asckt had no complaints and was all nice to e legal code etc.
installers were friendly and took my calls afterwards with a few basic questions etc!
Highly recommended. There was another company $300 cheaper and I am glad I didn’t go with them!!!!! These guys used the better parts and equipment.

Mr Stoves was recommended by a friend of mine. The moment we entered the store we were greeted with professionalism and excellent product knowledge and were happy to spend time answering our questions. We paid a deposit, booked the installation and know have an amazing fire place installed in our new home. The installers were polite and respectful to us and our home and did an amazing job. We would totally recommend Mr Stoves. PS. we ended up building our own hearth as below in the photo.

I had a bit of a hiccup along the way and needed to have a solar panel moved around and Mr. stoves were so understanding and helpful. So extremely happy with our recent experience dealing with Mr Stoves! We had a fire stove installed in our rural farm cottage within about a week of enquiring whether or not Mr stoves services our area in the Scenic Rim! The staff have been above and beyond helpful, answering all questions we had and making everything so easy and affordable as well. Could not recommend them highly enough. We absolutely love our new fire stove and how it has made our house feel like a home. Thanks!

The staff and products are brilliant. I attended the shop about 12 months ago as the previous owner had installed a 'Mr Stoves' woodfire in our house and I had some questions. I was provided a demonstration of the correct and efficient way to light and maintain the fire and keep it clean. I purchased some cleaning (glass and flue) products. Yesterday I rang the store and reordered the glass cleaning spray, as others I have bought since then from more local stores just don't do the job. They arrived today! I don't often highly recommend business, but Mr Stoves, I do!

A big thank you to Brian and the team at Mr Stoves. From start to finish the whole process was a breeze. All our queries were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble.

We are now the proud owners of a QLD made Vogue wood heater and have a toasty home just in time for Winter.

Amazing locally owned Fireplace manufacturers!

I always wanted a fireplace in Brisbane (for the three weeks a year 😅) and for some reason had the misconception that it was too hard and too expensive.

Pulled the trigger on a Vogue Pintel two weeks ago and boom, installed in less than an hour and now I'm sitting in a cosy lounge in front of my beautiful fireplace thanks to Mr Stoves!

Super professional installers, build quality is excellent, even the salesperson was very helpful (unlike some of the other places we went to).

Definitely upgrade the hearth for the extra $100 to get the modern marbled stone version, even in our Queenslander, it looks perfect and sleek.

Can't recommend Mr Stoves enough and I'm sure it will outlive it's 15 year guarantee.

Take the plunge, people! Get a fireplace from these guys, it's so easy.

Mr Stoves went above and beyond in every way to make this as smooth and comprehensive process as possible. Ours was quite a complex scenario and they were so patient and professional Really recommend them. The product was great too and we are enjoying our fire place very much.

Mr Stoves staff were really helpful as I have never bought a wood heater before. They were patient with me over the phone when asking for measurements of the hearth, distance to the wall etc and explained everything clearly as to what was included in the price.

Also I was impressed with the FREE flue kit which was included as it meant the overall price came in at $1500 cheaper for the Regency Albany wood heater than another company who quoted us for the exact same heater. So it was foregone conclusion to go with Mr Stoves. Also their turnaround time was incredibly quick as they had the stove in stock and luckily due to a cancellation we had the stove installed on the Thursday after I had only paid my deposit on the Monday! Other places had a wait time of 6 weeks or longer.

It also made it a great deal easier that Mr Stoves organise the installers whereas the two other companies we got quotes from said we would have to organise delivery and installers ourselves. The installers did a great job and knew what they were doing and explained all the operational details and gave some useful hints as to how to get the most out of the heater for it to operate at full heating capacity. They also explained clearly about what they had done with the install in the ceiling etc.

The heater looks great so much better than our broken 30 year old Norseman. They provided a video re burning it in which will be useful. I don't normally do online reviews but felt compelled to due to such outstanding service.
