Great customer service, very friendly staff, very easy to place an order. Products are very clearly displayed & described so there is very little chance of ordering a wrong product. Also very competitive pricing on their products compared to other fencing suppliers.

The best place to grab building supplies which aren’t easy to find as a general consumer. The Colorbond panels have always been in great condition and the staff are always helpful. Very competitive pricing and can be ordered online or in person.

Recently picked up an order as a DIY person. The service over the phone and emailed communication was great during the planning phase, and the notification call that my order was ready was appreciated. On pick up, it was close to closing time and the reception and friendly service from the behind the counter and the guys who needed to dig out my order at the end of their day was exceptional from a customer service perspective. Great service and they stock a wide range and colours in their warehouse where they dispatch the orders from next door. The bloke behind the counter was very helpful and was able to show me different types of gate latches, also the young and older fella in the warehouse were very friendly and quick to pick my order. These guys used to supply to Bunnings but now they supply directly to the public which means if you don't need things right away, you can save yourself some money rather than buying from 'The Devil's Toolshop'. Quality is excellent, service is first rate. I ordered a DIY slat fence and gate kit expecting to have to assemble the gate myself but it arrived fully welded and ready to go. Only way to make the experience better would be if they opened on a Saturday. They usually have most common products in stock, custom fabrications take about a week but if you plan ahead, the money you save is well worth it.

I recently bought some colorbond fencing from "Oxworks" at Richlands and found Nick Lehmann very helpful and accommodating, I asked him if he could cut a hole in the fence for our new letterbox, which he did and it fits perfectly. I will definitely be recommending Oxworks Richlands to all my friends.
