Coles Hastings

This is the best Coles I've ever shopped at. Huge variety. Lots of products in stock. However, it is the staff that are exceptional. Warm, friendly, kind, helpful. The self checkout designed for larger trolleys is amazing.

Good store with lots of friendly staff. The self-service area can be a bit grubby sometimes but I've noticed it is always freshly wiped down and swept when Susan is working.

Had everything that I wanted as Coles have more Gluten Free items than the other major supermarkets.
Plenty of staff were available on registers.

Was served by a guy named Austin (I am pretty sure that was his name) he was meant to finish at 6 and was waiting for someone to come take over while serving me. No-one came to take over so he kept serving me and then served the lady behind me too. Thanks for staying back to help!

Always clean and shelfs always full. Not 2 bad prices on items either...

Staff were very helpful, young ladies in bakery and fruit and veg especially, run rings around woolworths.

I was sent here to return a mistaken Coles delivery and the manager was great, really helpful in solving a problem that she didn't have to do. Very grateful for her time.

As a coeliac there range of Gluten Free foods are far superior to the other supermarkets in the area.

Everything is always good but with the announcement of the new government changes with Vic it was a nightmare...I hadnt heard the reason why there was so many customers along with so many staff with trolleys for online shopping orders in every aisle.
I found it very stressful to social distance.

I only went into Coles to look for one item, then do the rest of my shopping at safeways. Everything i wanted on my shopping list was easy to find so did the whole shop there.
I was looked after by a lovely friendly lady called Pam who insisted she put my bags into the trolley for me. Would i go back for service like that. YES. Thankyou Pam.
