This is my second mattress purchase through OMF Moorabbin in as many years. Both experiences were exceptional; from the friendly staff and knowledgeable service to the excellent quality of the product.

Special shout out to Bianca, who was filling in at the Moorabbin store today. She was warm, intuitive and super knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly which mattress to match me with. Thank you for a seamless and effortless experience, Bianca.

Karen was highly welcoming and attentive to what both my partner and I were after. After deliberating on a few different mattresses Karen used her expertise to help, without using any pushy sales tactics. We both left feeling confident and happy in our choice!

OMF what can I say! I am loving my mattress, I haven't slept this well in years. Karen without doubt advised me well, so a big thank-you and to the other sales staff who also took time to give me feedback on the time and care it takes when purchasing a new firm comfort mattress, I could not be happier with my BAMBOO CHARCOAL 7 support mattress. I purchased a bed from OMF at Moorabbin a few weeks ago. Originally I dealt with Kat on a Sunday who was run off her feet with customers but was super lovely and worth the wait on helping me with purchasing my Bed frame and mattress. Luckily both were in stock so I was able to have them delivered that week. Delivery guys were super awesome and brought both up my 3rd story walk up apartment which is no easy task. When I went to built the bed unfortunately the screws and instructions were missing. I spoke with Casey who sorted it out the same day that I raised the issue and was able to provide me the instructions and screws. Obviously not the greatest experience with the missing bits, but for me still a 5 star as I had a great initial experience with Kat, and the issue was resolved very quickly with Casey when I followed up which I was happy with. Super lovely gals in the store and even though it wasn’t “perfect” still had a great overall experience and would recommend. I also love my new bed frame and mattress which are high quality and comfortable.

Ruth is an absolute legend! Ruth is super supportive, patient, genuine and respectful with any questions that you have. Ruth was very helpful with assisting me with finding a king single mattress and I am very grateful of her support. Ruth's customer service was 11/10, impeccable! If you come to this store you will be in the best hands as Ruth will help you with any question you have. Will definitely be coming back to this store with any questions I have. My fiancé and I went in today and came home, with not only a new mattress but we were also incredibly impressed at the customer service we received. We dealt with Ruth who was an absolute gem to deal with and made sure to help find us a suitable mattress within our budget. We went to 2 stores beforehand and were so delighted we found the Original Mattress Factory instead, as they tried to keep recommending mattresses well out of our budget, and did not listen to what we really wanted. For the price you pay their mattress quality is incredible. You can buy a mattress there for $2000 that would genuinely cost $10k elsewhere. I cannot wait to receive my mattress and finally get a GREAT nights sleep! Thanks so much again Ruth.

Casey's has outstanding customer service, even assisting us get the mattress into the car when i picked it up yesterday.
