Freedom - Moorabbin

Spent quite a bit of time finding the right armchair and sideboard, came to Freedom Moorabbin and found these 2 pieces. Had some great help from Steve and the manager Richard. Really great shopping experience!!

We bought a side table, and Richard answered all our questions providing us a great customer experience. We had some issues with delivery, but when we spoke to Richard, he sort it out and made the entire experience seamless. Based on this will shop at Freedom Moorabbin again.

Amazing Customer Service!
My first visit at the Moorabbin Store last Sunday was an amazing experience. Greeted by Connie, I was welcomed in the store with a smile and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to address all of my queries. I will definitely come back to the Moorabbin Store where Connie can assist me with purchases for my new home.

Our experience with Freedom Furniture located in Moorabin, Victoria, has been nothing but outstanding. From the very first day we walked in looking for new furniture to furnish our new home up to when our order was ready the staff were nothing short of extremely helpful. The manager Richard always made himself available to answer any questions I had and direct me with the correct information. His service and knowledge was the best I have ever had. Thank you, Richard. Purchased two sofas for my new home. I was very fortunate to get help from Assistant Sales Manager Ben and Manager Richard. They were extremely helpful. The best service I got. Would always shop at Freedom Furniture Moorabin. Highly recommend you seek help from Ben and Richard. They are professional, with wealth of knowledge which made my task easier. Both of the managers are great asset for Freedomm Furniture.

The team at Freedom Moorabbin are exceptional. They go above and beyond in their service to ensure you have the best experience possible. Went in to look at some outdoor furniture and was greeted by Steve. He was very helpful and informative, and not pushy! Answered all questions quickly or found out the answer if didn’t know and had all-round excellent customer service.
The manager, Richard, was also very assistive and helped us through the transaction. Overall both Steve and Richard had lovely customer service and made the experience easy and quick!

I went into store a week after having my second baby. Manager Richard and his team could not have been more friendly and helpful, assisting me with lifting and getting my things out to the car, as well as alerting me to the best offers. What started as a quick errand became the highlight of my day due to their warm and welcoming service. Thank you Richard and team!

I was looking for a dinning table, Todd from the store helped me pick one out and I love it, I arranged to pick up but it would not fit, however I spoke to Richard and he helped me arrange a delivery! Everything was dealt with quick and efficiently and I had my table in no time

I have not been to the Freedom Mentone store for some time. Whilst walking around I experienced a warm welcome, friendly smile and genuine help from all staff I encountered. We had a wonderful experience ordering my sofa from Freedom Moorabbin. Steve and Richard were very helpful. I was looking for sofa for many months across many stores across Melbourne, and could finalize today here, thanks to Freedom Moorabbin, particularly Steve & Richard. Hopefully we get it delivered on time by end of this year!

The staff here are absolutely fabulous. In particular Connie and Richard, who have worked tirelessly with my mum to sort her out with furniture that is suitable for her needs and taste. They have researched items, called her back for follow up, and ensured she got the best price. The service she has received by them is second to none, from the first day she stepped foot in their store, and repeatedly on her multiple visits. A huge thank you to you richard and Connie- customer service like this is rare in this day! Keep up the amazing jobs you do- we will def be loyal customers!

Couldn’t speak more highly of the service provided at Freedom Morrabbin, particularly from Sienna, Richard and Kathryn. We encountered an issue with our new sofa not fitting in our building elevator, and these three looked after us extremely well and we’re very happy with the outcome despite the initial setback. We returned shortly after to buy a new rug (which is gorgeous) and will definitely be coming back for any future purchases!

The costumer service was amazing! A salesman Steve was particularly very excellent being very kind ,helping us and going out on a limb so that we could be satisfied. If you ever go to freedom Moorabbin ask for a man Steve and you will have a wonderful experience at Freedom Moorabbin! Recently bought two leather couches and a 3 seater sofa from Freedom Moorabin plus rug and a few other things. Great experience from start to finish. Sienna was really helpful with initial purchase and Richard the Manager helped me with delivery and finalisation of purchase etc. Service was highly attentive, personalised and couldn’t be happier with product, price and even the delivery guys who manoeuvred couches into a tight spot. It’s not the first time I have bought furniture from Freedom, but Richard and his team are a standout by comparison. Would highly recommend Freedom Moorabbin.

We bought a product that was found to be not suitable once we had it at home. We returned the product and spoke to Richard. He was extremely polite and very accommodating. Would give this store 5 stars for service.
