I got THE BEST price on our new fridge from Chris who looked after us. I especially love the fact that's no delivery fee, they delivered our fridge, hooked up the water/ ice and took away the packaging. They also moved our old fridge to the garage for us at no extra cost. Great service and a great range of stock.

Tried Good Guys and Harvey Norman initially but they didn't know the products well. Tried E&S to see about their prices and found the price including delivery was comparable to the other two but the bonus was E&S also take the old product and packaging from the new product away, included in the delivery cost. Winner, winner. The service at the Moorabbin store was magnificent. The salesman, Peter, found the answers to all my queries and doubts, even at one stage going away to get a ladder so I could look at the top of the fridge. Great service - sold!

Graeme has been wonderful and very patient with our many (many) requests. Really appreciate the time he is spending with us to ensure we get the best customer experience. We also learned a lot from his knowledge along the way. Thank you!

I have been dealing with James Kariotis from E & S Moorabbin for over a year, during my major renovations at home. James has been super helpful and very patient throughout this whole time with me while I was needing help and chopping and changing products and ideas and making decisions etc. He has been friendly and professional.
Buying all the bathroom accessories, tapware and kitchen appliances here enabled me to get a great discount and it is good to know if anything goes wrong with any product, they are all from the same place with warranties.

Overall I was very impressed with my experience with E & S Trading in Moorabbin. Firstly the range of kitchen and bathroom appliances and hardware was both extensive and very price competitive.

However it was not without its issues and this is where they really shon. Gessi one of our bathroom tap and shower suppliers made a number of mistakes which was not the fault of E & S but nonetheless they temporarily supplied us with alternative fittings so that we could use our two bathrooms until the right Gessi components finally arrived from Italy. They even covered the additional plumbing costs. The store manager Bernie became actively involved in sorting out our issues and I was most impressed.

It's ok to be able to buy a good product at a good price but it's when things sometimes go wrong that you really need to be able to trust your supplier will sort things out quickly efficiently and without argument. Big tick to Bernie and his team.

Gus was an absolute legend - so much knowledge and an obvious love for what he does. Would recommend making a time to come down and speak to him.
One of his colleagues seemed a bit of a jerk though and made some rude comments towards him. Probably just jealous…

Great service and very competitive prices. The tradesman who came to fit it was on time and did an excellent job.

Highly recommend the wonderful Westinghouse salesman Graeme, very knowledgeable and helped us choose our new oven and cooktop, and also suggested Addison Appliances who ended up installing them for us.

The first salesman who attended to us was very unfriendly, very rude and has a "can't be bothered attitude" as if we were wasting his time asking for information on products that is not expensive enough by his standards. I told him not to bother and walk back to the reception and request for another salesman n I hit jackpot. Blair is very polite and courteous. He not only knows the products v well, he took time to explain and answer all our queries. We ended up buying the washing machine through Blair and left e&s Moorabbin happy. e&s needs more people like Blair to take care of its customers👍

Had an issue today with an essential delivery before Christmas which wasn’t somehow booked, not sure why but doesn’t matter
What I received was great service to sort the issue out and get the delivery completed on the day

Excellent service both in store and afterwards in the delivery and installation of the machine. Highly recommend.

We had a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, who gave good frank advice. They us an extra small discount to get the deal on a fridge done. Range was decent but could be bigger but was on par with Harvey N.

We have been dealing with E&S for about four years. Gus Uberti gave advice for products for a major kitchen renovation, bathroom upgrade and another kitchen in an investment property. At all times it felt like he was on our side, suggesting products were the right fit for our needs and trying to get us the best deal. His knowledge is encyclopedic and his commitment is genuine.

Later when we were taking delivery of complicated product purchases, some of them being sent interstate, Gus ensured that everything went smoothly. The delivery team were similarly extremely helpful - Sebby, Lewyn, John and Borum went out of their way to help when I changed my mind about an oven top that had to be returned.

The knowledge, and more importantly the effort that the team takes to help, means that E&S is the first place that we go when we are renovating.

Was nervous to buy a dishwasher online without looking at it. I checked Choice website picked a model, and then searched suppliers. E&S had the best prince on line. Also - they offered free removal of the old broken machine. So.. I paid on line at night, got an email in the morning advising delivery date - 2 days. Emma on the email was lovely. Delivery time window booked - 2 hours and amazingly they arrived on time polite young man, dropped the new on and took the old one very efficiently . Cannot fault the service form the Moorabbin team. Thank you I got a Bosch sns4ht101a . Hubby installed easily - but they also offered an install service.

We went to look/buy a new dishwasher. I had looked online. We knew we wanted a Bosch, a series 6 (3 shelves). I had a price I wanted to spend. A lady Sales Consultant came to see if we needed any help within 5mins of walking in the door. Staff member was helpful with the diffence in the models and informative. I asked for her best price, we followed Miry back to her desk. She gave us the new price, we were happy. Miry asked if the dishwasher was to be just dropped off or installed, the installation cost is $149. Delivery and to remove old dishwasher was Free. New DW Delivered and installed, I was shown how to use it quickly. Very easy to use and quiet.

Amazing customer service. I went to e&s Moorabbin and Adam Proctor assisted to buy some appliances for my new house. He helped with how the appliances worked and what would fit nicely in the spaces I had. Everything was easy and just an all over great experience.
Also another 5 stars to the delivery guys, setting everything up and making sure it is all working! Their positive attitude was very welcoming (especially being 8am on a Monday).
After everything had been installed I had a leak in my laundry so I rang Adam for some assistance. Not only was he really helpful, I had someone come fix my faulty pipe the next morning, who was also so polite and fixed and working in about 10 minutes.
Would definitely refer friends/family.

We purchasing a fridge which was too large to go up our stairs. E&S sent back a dedicated specialist team (4 people), craned it through the balcony and installed everything. (AND no damages).

The delivery crew, installers and customer service (from the Moorabin store), was just too good we actually went back to purchase a Washer and Dryer as well.

They were also the most competitive in price. Again, installers came and did a professional job, they knew their stuff and just did things right the first time.

Don't normally leave reviews, but this just warranted it.

Good job.

These girls and guys are amazing. Their Customer Service is par excellence!

Great product knowledge, no hustling, listen to the customer, work on solutions.

And if things go wrong they work hard to satisfy the customer at every stage.

Bill and John delivered our fridge today, these guys encountered great difficulty during this process.
They were patient, polite and professional, they went over and above to facilitate the delivery.
