Friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I always enjoy popping into ESFS in Moorabbin, I enjoy browsing without any pressure from the sales staff.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Tahir, who very kindly solved a problem with the chair I was buying on clearance. Furthermore, he also took the trouble to accompany me to the car and remove the legs from the chair so it could fit in the trunk.

They got in a bed for me and let me know it was in. When my hubby came in to pick it up, it was the wrong size but nobody had noticed. He'd hired a ute and taken time off to go and get it. When they rang to say the new/right one was in i explained that to them and asked for them to deliver it at no cost. The lady was gracious and helped out and the bed arrived 2 hours later. Great service. They could have argued and didn't. Well done. Will shop with you again!

Ordered a print with the Narre Warren store (coming from Moorabbin) and then found out there would be a delay due to hiccup with pickup. Christine from the Moorabbin store went out of her way to make sure I would receive it fast, 2 weeks earlier than I would have if she hadn't helped me. She did this so willingly, it seems customer service comes natural to her!

Much bigger showroom with a better range that other of their stores. Staff were much nicer too - even helped me carry my purchases to the car. Sweet!
