Recently I was at my wits end when he came to help me sort out problems with my phone!!
It was my LUCKY DAY!! 🙏🙏🙏
He calmly shared with me a wealth of information & put my frenzied mind at rest! 🙂🙂 This WONDERFUL & VERY INTELLIGENT PERSON will go FAR in LIFE & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a PROMOTION for HIM as he is an AMAZING ASSET to OFFICWORKS!!!

I have used the printing services to collect photos I sent online for many years. I have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The resulting prints have been of the highest standard.

I have also observed the staff patiently helping customers at the counter who often have complex jobs and have trouble finding the correct information.

Service was amazing. Michael spent so much time with me explaining product. He even spent time talking on phone to partner to explain it all over again. Walked away feeling totally looked after. Brilliant

Literally just walked out of the shop just now! Had to write this immediately...I was served by Sue from the moment I walked and sale end. She is amazing..service was above and beyond. Helpful and assisted with a product. Good to see irrespective of domination, customer service was imperative. Always been regular at this store however today was another level. Another reason why I'll keep returning...leading by example. Other then that wide range products. Including Christmas gift ideas for kids. Arts/ crafts/stationary and educational books etc.

Was served by Clare when looking for gridded books, was very thorough in ensuring I got the right density of grid for the work I was doing, whilst also ensuring I got the best value for money. Great stuff clare!

Hannah was so helpful in giving me what I needed at the best price and in such a lovely way. Took time to even explain things to me. She was so helpful and so nice.
Maggie was so lovely while serving me and also went out of her way to make me feel important while fixing my problem, saying it was easy.
These two Team Members are why I keep recommending OfficeWorks.

Popped in to purchase an additional laptop charger for home rather than lugging my work one home everyday and I could not have been more impressed by Luca’s professional and happy customer service. He was busy training a new team member when I approached him and he immediately popped the training on hold to assist me. Luca you will go a long way!! Well done!! Bonus points too for a universal laptop charger meaning I can charge most devices from the one power pack!! Thank you 🙏

I wanted to say thankyou to Chadley who was such a legend at this store. I had been to multiple Officeworks who had rejected the job I urgently needed to get done, I was nearly in tears and Chad was so quick to assist.

He was professional, friendly and exceeded expectations. Customer service is such a rare thing these days in retail and hospitality, so sincerely, thank-you Chad for being so accomodating!

Just received the best customer service from Mia at Highett. Went to other store saying there was stock only on arrival to find there was none and they didn't check. Called the Highett store to confirm stock and not only did Mia check online but also on the shelf. When we arrived she had it waiting at the counter on a trolley.

I went to Officeworks Highett specifically for a portable hard drive and a laptop. I ended up leaving with a portable hard drive & new computer and the best customer service experience

I was initially served by someone who was fabulous but didn’t wear a name tag! He initially talked me through the pros and cons of the various types of portable hard drives and answered my numerous questions (I’m technically challenged!) with patience and in a way that gave me all the info I needed to make an informed choice.

He then got another staff member, Andy, to help me out with a laptop choice. Yet again my Technically Challenged Self asked numerous questions to ensure I was informed before I committed to my purchase. It turns out that for the purpose I was intending the best outcome for us was a new computer. Andy was amazing. Polite, patient, well informed and a book of knowledge.

Thanks to your amazing staff (yet again - I come here one a month or so!) for another great experience.

The team at Highett Officeworks certainly look like they enjoy coming to work each day and are part of a good company culture.

I purchased a canon printer from the Highett store and when I unpacked it, it didnt meet my needs.
I contacted the store via the online tool and received a prompt call from Jason.
He advised that I could return the copier and he assisted me in replacing it.
His customer service was amazing and he made me feel like a valued customer.

Muffy at the front desk has been incredibly helpful over the last two days. She has been cheerful and kind the whole way through. Yesterday she gave me some great product advice. Today I headed back as it turned out that we didn't need the products at work, and only half of the products were returned in their original packaging. She was more than understanding about the hick-up and offered me a full refund on the spot. A+++ customer service.
