Cheryl has such a wonderful manner when recommending mattresses. She was working with us and another lady came in, she balanced it perfectly. We know exactly what to do when the mattress arrives and very impressed with her experience. I was very honest and mentioned we'd been to Sleeping Duck but genuinely preferred the feel of the mattress we have purchased from Snooze. Very impressed.

Wish I came to Snooze long ago! Service from Grant and the team was exceptional. I've had hip issues for a long time and did a sleep profile in-store. Hubby came in a few days later and did the same thing. We ended up purchasing a Madison Grand Curve which has been fantastic..hip issue gone from first sleep. My sleep tracker confirms it!
Most of all grateful for the service we received from Grant even with the pillow recommendation. These guys know good sleep and are absolute experts! Turnaround time for a new custom mattress was so quick. The quality of the mattress seems superb and no longer hot in bed either !Delivery team were lovely and punctual. Even the thankyou note we received today was a lovely touch! 10/10 service and product from start to end. We'll be back for any sleep needs highly recommend this store if you want a peaceful, comfortable and restful sleep - finally!! Wouldnt waste my time again with an out of the box mattress when you can get it right first time in store. Keep up the great work 🙌

Cheryl and the team at Snooz Moorabbin were just outstanding. Cheryl’s level of knowledge and insight into choosing a mattress for not only us but our 3 year old daughter was second to none. Cheryl also engaged with our daughter beautiful and was just amazing to deal with. The delivery team were also fantastic. Prompt, polite and kind. Can’t thank Cheryl enough!

Can't say enough words about Sue, she was amazing asked me what I wanted in a mattress and my budget, walked around and tested heaps of them. Explained different types/designs of them. Was never once pushy at selling. Made the process of buying a mattress comfortable and stress free unlike alot of other stores I had been to earlier in the day. So 5 stars to her!

Look no further than the team at Snooze Moorabbin. They respect that you’re making a big purchase, that’s it’s emotional and financial, and they only support your every move. Great experience with our salesperson Harry. Very informative and we never felt rushed into making a decision. Our bed frame and mattress arrived sooner than expected. The delivery team kept us updated with timeframes and delivery was punctual. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. I visited Snooze today, unsure whether I would be able to buy floor stock and moving overseas in 4 weeks. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and open to floor stock purchase. I came away with a dresser and 2 side tables. I could not be more grateful, I felt a genuine desire to help me out. I purchased 2 beds from Snooze Moorabbin quite some time ago, due to buying an apartment off the plan, I had intended for the beds to be delivered to my apartment once it was finished however due to delays, Snooze had to hold onto my beds for a much longer period of time. I am so appreciative of their understanding approach and willingness to be flexible, Cheryl has exceptional customer service and knowledge and is really lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality products and excellent customer service :)
