Marinda was brilliant and super patient. After many store visits I purchased the Banksia 9pce dining setting plus buffet. Changed my mind re the chair colour three times and Marinda bore it all without complaint. Totally happy with my choice. Contemporary look at a budget price! Very, very happy!

Excellent furniture store. We purchased our brand new couch from here and they allowed us to pay it off while it was being made and while we were waiting for our house to be built. After visiting many other furniture stores, this was the only one where we found the perfect couch for us. It was a little bit pricey compared to some others but the quality, design and comfort speaks for itself. We would highly recommend Focus on Furniture.

I required a new dining table and chairs for my 70th birthday party at home, and had researched what was on offer in my price range. Focus on Furniture had the design I loved, so wanting to take advantage of the Black Friday Sale I waited until 31st December to place my order. Unfortunately, the table was not in the warehouse, and that would have meant I would not receive it until after my birthday. I was quite upset at this outcome, but Anne-Marie at Moorabbin jumped into action, and managed to find the only existing table in another state. She liaised with the store and the person who had been allocated the table agreed to let me have it first! The table and chairs were delivered efficiently on the Friday before my party. I was over the moon. And so grateful to the delightful Annie! What a star!

We were extremely happy with Focus on Furniture Moorabin. We walked in and had a look around and a lovely staff member called Amelia approached us. She answered all our questions and helped us set up an order and delivery. She was very knowledge and genuine. The store had very good energy. Which is hard to achieve in a big place like a furniture store. We felt very at ease. We booked a day and time and a week prior (as per promised) the store contacted us to follow up and confirm our day and time. They were even able to change it at later notice as per our request. The couches look amazing and they are so comfortable. The delivery men who delivered them were also very friendly, punctual and efficient. We would recommend this company / this store to everyone. Don't let some odd / off reviews deter you from amazing staff, gorgeous and well priced quality furniture.

A great buying experience with Anne-Marie in store. Took the time to let us find the right couch and then provided clear timelines on delivery. Kept updated throughout and delivery service was explained and executed the way as it was described.

Was served by Annie in Moorabin. She was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to help us find chairs to match tables and our sofa. Really positive experience and I've left contemplating buying more from here.
Very reasonable pricing for the quality.

What a great experience. Annie was awesome and took plenty of time to talk us through a number of lounge options, helping with measurements and offering professional advice. The lounge was then delivered the day it was promised, unpacked and assembled by two very careful and friendly young men. Shame you couldn't take all the packaging away but.... what great service, great value for money and we love our new lounge.

I had a wonderful sales woman and when there was an issue with the delivery of my bed, the manager and his incredible team went above and beyond to help me and there communication was faultless. I've had nothing but wonderful customer service from this store, my partner and I purchased a dinning table set with them back in January which unfortunately was delayed due to product production, but every time I've called for an update I've been met with such kind service.
