Had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager Rash regarding a return. Was an absolute gentleman with outstanding customer service. A man of his word that cares more about his customers than trying to squeeze out a profit. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the store to deal with him direct.

Frequent shopper at DFO Essendon Boss store and every time the service just gets better and better. The staff and manager's are professional, well presented, friendly and approachable. The store is always clean and well maintained, with a nice big variety of items to choose from. I walk in for one item and walk out with five, while trying on heaps of items and different sizes while the staff go above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best possible, and getting me exactly what i am looking for.

The time and effort the team put into ensuring my experience is perfect is truly remarkable, I cannot stop recommending the Essendon store and its staff to my friends, family and even clients at work when it comes to work attire or every day wear items, definitely will be coming back again, as always.

You could not ask for better Customer Service or prices. Store Manager Welli is the loveliest lady, so helpful and friendly. Louanna and everyone in store made me feel looked after. For an outlet the selection is great. Make sure to sign up for the mailing list!

What a great experience...I wanted to purchase a shoe 2 weeks ago but my size was not available. The sales lady, unfortunately I do not have her name but I do have her cashier # 47723, was kind enough to check which store have my size & she arranged for the shoe to be transfered all the way from Sydney. She called me when the shoe arrived & on top of that, I had a 30% discount. What fantastic service. Kudos to the sales lady...full marks & commendations 👍👏

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sebastian the store manager.
He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best possible - I initially came to purchase a pair shoes but ended up buying much more. Sebastian guided me through the store and assisted me in choosing assorted Christmas gifts for my family and even went one step further with assist me with recommending a great suit tailor.
