This is one of the BEST store I have ever been to in Melbourne!
Staff members "Pina" and "Nikki" were exceptional asset of this company!

Both occasions, Pina was extremely patient with my bossy Chinese parents and Nikki was so kind and patient with my thousand questions!

We came home with so much good quality products and our hearts are filled with gratitude for being so looked after by Pina and Nikki!

we will ALWAYS be coming back here for more!

Really want to give a big shout out to Despina (and her colleague [didn't get her name, sorry!]) for assisting me in finding the perfect hiking boot! Customer service was brilliant and very friendly. Would shop here again! Went in on Sunday 15th around 1-2pmish. Five stars.

The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. I was served by Despina today she was so helpful to help me find me the perfect pants, very passionate and bubbly. I will back soon to purchase my boots.

Friendly, efficient service and a great range of outdoor wear. We went in for sneakers for my husband and came out with sneakers for both of us and excellent travel pants for me - lightweight, with generous pockets and the flexibility to be worn full or three-quarter length. The sneakers are Columbia brand which I have bought before and been very impressed with the comfort and support.

I was already a "member" because of some stuff I'd purchased online some time ago, so I didn't have any hoops to jump through for the discount. Staff were all very friendly, and also very patient and helpful with my wife who is *never* fast at choosing clothes or shoes.

I'm always greeted with a smile and assisted with quality service! All sales assistance are very informative and patient, I have been back multiple times and will continue to shop as they always have amazing deals.

I have purchased boots from them for the past 4 years - the same boots as they are very comfortable.
