Great experience. The Store Manager looked after me well, I walked in with a long list of garments I needed sizes for, he took the time fitting me & even filled out the Order Form on my behalf! Definitely the place to go for your Order Form.

I made two click and collect orders at this store recently. Both orders were made in the evening. On both occasions, the next morning, I received a courtesy call to inform me that my orders were ready. The store is welcoming, well-lit and impeccably clean and well-organised. Both of my orders answered my requirements exactly, fit perfectly and are of high quality. I am so impressed by the product range and the ease and efficiency of the click-and-collect process that I've just completed a third order.

When collecting my order today, I was assisted in a very friendly and professional manner by a young gentleman named Francisco, who made sure that I was completely satisfied with all the contents of my order, which was beautifully placed in a reusable bag. (Always appreciated.)

Just as a comparison, I made an online order with Sydney Tools over two months ago. I'm still waiting for it, and only receive updates when I initiate contact. The extensive, high-quality product range, the ease of the online ordering process, and most importantly the superior customer service provided by team members like Francisco is why RSEA Essendon Fields has my ongoing return business.

Great staff and a very good store with a wide selection. I returned a pair of boots one week after purchasing them as they turned out to be quite uncomfortable. They were extremely accomodating and understanding. They exchanged them with absolutely no hassle at all.

After much research for safety boots including Google reviews, I decided to drive beyond my nearest RSEA store and head to Essendon. There, I was met by store manager Mark who provided a premium customer experience, as other reviews indicate. Mark took his time answering my many and varied questions and made sure that I had all the necessary information. He also ensured that I was fitted with the correct size and that the boot was both comfortable and appropriate for my foot. I want to personally thank Mark for his exceptional knowledge, patience and service and highly recommend others visit this store for all their safety workwear needs.

I arrived to the shop 30 minutes before opening during lockdown and the manager Mark, allowed me in to purchase all my essentials for the day. This store needs to be open earlier for people like us essential workers purchase things we NEED to work with and wear. Thank you Mark for your help and continue doing it.

Went in store this week to pick up good for my husband. Shop was quite busy but was attended to quickly by the older gentleman in the store. He was attentive, not pushy, knowledgeable and provided an overall great customer service experience for me. Will return.

I wouldn’t normally give 5 stars for a place I had to wait a stupid amount of time to make a purchase but I will explain why.

Today is a Saturday, a busy day in retail (I know I’ve been in it for 15yrs)... what makes a Saturday busier? When a business does a catalogue drop and has specials on! So you can imagine myself and the several other people in the store were frustrated to see only 2 people on??? Why?? Did a plague hit your whole team? I’ve seen double the amount in here on a week day!

Lucky for this store they had 2 amazing women on who kept the majority of us patient with their kind and efficient service. You could see they were drowning but never stopped doing their best.

Be grateful you have that kind of rare retail staff working for you! But please have a think of your customer when doing your rosters (especially if you are going to drop a campaign worth coming in for!).

Lisa & Mark were both amazing! I was running late and my partner needed work pants for the next day as the ones i needed to swap were a size big. I called RSEA Essendon and Spoke to Lisa who then organised the right size.
It was past 5.30pm, both staff members Lisa & Mark both stayed & waited for me to get there after hours so i could swap for the correct size. Lisa and Mark were both helpful and honestly very upbeat considering they were at work after hours! I am so grateful they waited and it was the Best Customer Service i have had in a while. Thank you both again and RSEA are a lucky Company to have two employees who go that extra mile!

First time customer, ordered click and collect which was very easy. Mike called me to let me know my order was ready, and then Mark kindly bought it out to my car. Thank you I appreciate your time!

I came looking for work boots suitable for flat feet and was immediately greeted by Francisco who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the most suitable footwear. People like him are the heart and soul (pun intended) of a business and a special thanks for the customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service! Had an issue with some boots I purchased a few weeks ago but Charli helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently when I brought them back in and explained my problem. Would definitely recommend shopping here! :)

Had to get the full kit to start work. It was really confusing because I ordered so much, got a quote then had it paid making it all overly complex. Mike sorted that out real quick. He's efficient and he knows his stuff. Anything they didn't have in my size he quickly tracked down. He's my go to guy for work gear now. Thanks Mike!

The guys down at RSEA Essendon Fields we’re very helpful with my purchases and when I left my credit card in the car park they went and looked for it at had it ready for me when I came back. 10/10 service very thankful.
