Called in to buy transistor radio lady staff member asked if my phone was with Telstra she called store manager Abby who obligingly made all necessary adjustments on line to obtain $10 month off each phone on our plan then discounted radio $7.
Abby is most obliging and pleasant person you would hope to meet and staff i dealt with including check out were the same a reflection on his management. Thanks to all concerned.

I bought 2 of the Bosch dryer here. Good experiences. The cashiers were friendly and patient when we got some issues with the payment.
2 weeks before, we went in to check out a Dyson vacuum and got help from Pardeep who is the Dyson rep there. Pardeep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all types and models of Dyson vacuum. He showed us all different specs and recommended us the one that we need. Can really tell how enthusiastic and enjoyable he is doing his job. I think Pardeep deserve a pay raise or promotion from Dyson with his great work and effort. Very happy with him and we will be back if we need any Dyson products to receive his great care and help.

It was a smooth transaction. The Sales rep Renu was great at letting you know about the products and also offered extended warranty on top of company warrenty for a piece of mind.

Really good guys are at service with a happy smiles. Liked this facility regarding services and competitive prices. I brought Dell laptop here.

Excellent homewares store for your electronic consumer goods. I purchased a Pendo notebook from this store and found it extremely reasonably priced and of good quality.

Their range of quality goods in every department is extensive, and the staff are friendly and keen to assist.

Most weekends you will find a sausage sizzle stall at the front door run by the local charity where you can grab a bite to eat.

Rhys and Jennifer were amazing. I had lots and lots of questions and they were incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient and professional. Huge range here at GG Essendon and really great prices. Well done GG.

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Darnell at The Good Guys. Their demeanor was extremely professional and their readiness to assist, coupled with superb communication skills made the experience particularly impressive. They also displayed an admirable ability to find compromises when necessary which contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere of the store. Just wanted to give a massive shout out to Pravina who provided some amazing customer service! My parents needed to furnish their whole place so she was very helpful in helping furnish pretty much the whole place by providing some great recommendations. Her product knowledge is amazing!

A BIG showroom with plenty of stock to choose from and plenty of room to move about - some stores are small and appear not to carry all the stock, but Essendon do! I found Andrew the store manager and staff to be outstanding in customer service from start to finish e.g. appearance, personal presentation, attitude, knowledge, friendliness and courtesy. And you can’t beat their trading hours Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 6.00pm. Highly recommended 👏👍😊

A very big thank you to Angus, one of the store managers. I was pretty angry calling in having our machine blown up and needed emergency replacement, purchasing a washer and dryer to be told by the sales person they’d both be delivered next day, just to have only the dryer arrived without being told prior about the week delay of the washing machine. Angus knew I was very upset and stressed, so he found me an alternative model and have it delivered to us same day, within just hours. Thank you Angus for your good old fashioned customer service and going above and beyond. I’m really glad you fixed the issue for us. You are a wonderful leader and example for your team.

My Nan Was recently granted the Victorian government home heating and cooling rebate so went into the good guys as they are a listed supplier.

Unsure about the exact unit to purchase, Tom assisted us through the process and explained in easy to understand terms to my nan what our options are and how to go about it.
