Just popped in this afternoon to get a few things for dinner. I was at the self checkout and the young woman there was helping me when another customer left, leaving his empty trolley there blocking the way. She asked him politely if he wouldn't mind taking it with him. He turned and said to her, "No, you can do it." and walked off. I was simply gobsmacked at how someone could be that selfish, rude and entitled. As a grown 'man', he should be setting an example, especially in these testing times. Having said that, I would really like to compliment the staff here; they are really nice, helpful and friendly and it's a real shame that they have to endure people such as this 'man'. As someone who works in hospitality, I really appreciate their efforts and they deserve better. Well done staff at Barrabool Hills!

We asked for a food donation to add to what we had bought to be taken to Gippsland to help feed starving wildlife. Katherine was only too happy to help out, having a trolley full of sweet potatoes, oranges and apples waiting for us when we arrived. Katherine's compassion and Woolworths generosity during this awful time has made a 100% 'Woolies' shopper out of me! 🐨❤🐨

New Barrabool Hills store has a wide selection of groceries and fresh produce that is the hallmark of Woolworths. Great customer service also. Huge parking areas make for easy access.

Plenty of variety. Woolworths like their competitor set up their stores in a similar fashion so if you know where the sugar is in Melbourne you do so in Geelong also.

One of the nicest Woolworths supermarkets in the Geelong region with wide isles and doors on the refrigerators so it's not cold. A great selection of products and produce too.

I am the worse customer in regards to judging customer service, this Woolies stands out and exceeds my sometimes too high expectations, the staff are the most friendly and helpful I have seen, I absolutely love this store, always a pleasure to visit.

The Harrods of Woolworths supermarkets. It feels classier than the rest, things are all a bit nicer. It's what I imagine what supermarket shopping in Malibu is like. It's just better.
