Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Amanda assisted me with a return today, she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to return and replace the defective tool - amazing service, thank you.

I have to say that this is my favorite tool shop. This store is relatively new and some of the items are not fully stocked yet but product is of great quality and the service is absolutely excellent. You can find some of the leading brands such as Milwaukee/Fluke for power tools or Bahco/Knipex for hand tools, of which more general hardware stores like Bunnings do not stock.

The staff here is very helpful and patient to all of my inquiries and they are not rushed to close a deal. It took me a few times revisiting the store to buy a Bahco socket set and I am so impressed with the quality of the product/service that I came back again the next few days to upgrade most, if not all, of my hand tools. Here a proof for putting my money where my mouth is.

Tool lust satisfied, I must say!!!

I have been a Total Tools customer for the last 4 years. My go to store has always been Epping. This time round Epping refered me to Thomaston as there was a sale on this particular day on a product I was after. Some feedback on the Thomastown store. I have to point out that all their staff were friendly, accomodating with knowledge and always willing to assist. I made some purchases and delt with Zade, (sorry if I got the name wrong). They assisted me over the phone & in store. Great customer service.. Well done team. You have such a great team enviornment.

Huge store with an even Huge-er-a (is that a word?) Range of stock! Unlike other stores they have excellent service staff! The only negative was that not all items had price labels but even then staff were super quick to scan it and get you a price! This place is my new tool shop!

Picked up a few items recently via click and collect, staff forgot one item but were extremely apologetic and found it quickly to sort the issue. Upon taking the two items home when unpacking one and setting it up I found out there as a part missing, rang total tools back up and informed them.

They managed to find a replacement part on the spot and solved my issue almost instantly, again extremely apologetic and even gave me some free stuff to say sorry.

Staff were great here and extremely helpful would definitely recommend this branch in the future.

Never had an issue with thomastown total tools, regular customer there, during covid i did multiple click and collects and all items i ordered were ready first thing following day of order , and were more than willing to rush online order if i called up asking if for it and was able to do it straight away, most of my tools ive purchased from this store

Staff did an exemplary job helping me out with a return today of an item i was extremely disappointed in.Always been helpful and knowledgeable.Prices and range is extremely competitive these days, i rarely go elsewhere. Thomastown has earned a customer for life,thank you.Preston is a great store as well and Epping manager yesterday was also very helpful on the phone.

Absolutely awesome service, especially in such a tough time. The guys have been more than helpful these last few days making sure I'm getting what i need regardless of any obstacles. Definitely going to be a repeat customer from now on 🤙

Good service and friendly staff. I can possibly get a cheaper product down the road at the 'big hardware store' but i know these guys sell quality stuff and that i can trust it.

Just got served by Matt and unlike every other total tools who just are pushy and take one look at me and think I have no clue what I'm looking at he treated me like I have been in a tool shop before. Just for that 5 starts and good service!

Large, clean store with heaps of stock. I've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Brought a tread cutter from the Epping store which I had never used, tried to return it to get a tool I actually needed with no success.
Called the Thomastown store and Brendan one of the guys there was an absolute fkn legend,👍 got it swapped right away .
Obviously he knows what he is doing as this was way to hard for the Epping store.

Thank mate thomo will be my go-to from now on.
