Love this place. Have been shopping here for years, from small items to a full appliance package for a renovation. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do not hassle, very rare in retail space. Found a cheaper price online for a wine fridge once and owner happily beat it and gave me another $50 off without me asking for any bonus. Happily return here time after time.

My mum went to Harvey Norman Macgregor today to buy a new iron and from the moment she entered the store the service was superb. She unfortunately didn't get the name of the girl in the iron department but her customer service was outstanding, she even helped mum out to the car as she walks with a walking stick. Thank you so much.

Long established business on this site. Mark listened to what I was needing and recommended a good product. Very attentive even though there were others waiting. Good deal as well on Miele washing machine. Recommend this business.

After bad experience with our local HN in Fortitude Valley we went to Macgregor Harvey Norman, only to compare appliance prices. What we found was absolute top service, advice and flexible prices from Paul who served us and manager Nick. When I ordered a camera at the same time, the even went the extra mile to order it from another store overnight – and delivered it to my office in Bulimba. Very happy customer and will come back!

Awesome service from Bernard Bougoure Harvey Norman Macgregor Store. I purchased a networking system from them about 3 months prior which worked. I had problems in the past with Internet dropouts which were the problems with my provider. I was still having dropouts my provider sent out a tech who did all the tests I ended with a new router and a $389 bill. Prob still there after that they blamed the house and or the network system.
I went into Harvey Norman Macgregor where I was helped by Bernard who listened and asked questions to diagnose the problem rather than just try sell me something else. His diagnosis and instructions on how to sort the problem was spot on the mark. Now my system is working better than it ever has.
