My absolute go-to for knowledge, advice and product. Often busy but the team do a great job helping everybody. Have built a good relationship with Mat and he’s very good at pointing me towards my areas of interest. Love that I get a members discount every time I shop too. Cheers!

I've been making wine for some time and new to beer making - Mat was super helpful, polite and professional with how he helped me to decide what I wanted to do despite my clear lack of knowledge. He's always helpful and the staff are friendly and passionate! Highly recommended for new and experienced brewers.

Went in for the first time on Saturday. The guy there was super friendly and helpful. I’m a complete novice when it comes to home brew but he helped me understand the recipe I was wanting to make and how best to prep the grain. Store seemed to have plenty of stock as far as consumables are concerned. Equipment was a little sparse but that seems to be the same everywhere at the moment. 10/10 will go back

While support for an online order is very hard to get, the in-store support is fantastic. Had a great chat with the bloke behind the counter about my brewing ambitions and he set me down the right path.

It is refreshing to see a young person with entrepreneurial ambition giving 110% to his business. The young bloke, Mat, that owns Brew HQ is so knowledgeable in brewing, friendly, fantastic customer service, and will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. Some Brew shops in Perth will sell a product and have zero after sales customer service. Mat is not one of them!! He will always provide advice regardless of how much you spend in his shop. Keep up the great work Brew HQ, a pleasure to shop in your store.

Good selection and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Always happy to offer advice if you are unsure. Good follow up when I have had trouble with equipment sourced through them.

The staff went out of their way to help and encourage, showing me the right products to use and more importantly how to use them. It was the best retail service I have ever had. The end result was outstanding beer. Thank you.

Great place to get supplies for home brew beer, wine and spirits. They have got a good selection of equipment, but I really like the staff. The folks working there know there stuff and can provide good clear advice to help newbies and veterans alike. The prices are good also in my opinion.
