I do voluntary work with my small Cavoodle Tilly. Today i went shopping at your shop and was greeted by a delightful man who politely indicated that dogs were not allowed on the ground. He then went and got a trolly lined and said that my dear little girl could now go shopping with me. What a pleasant experience

What a change after recently being screamed at by a woman at Specsavers when carrying my Tilly into the Neutral Bay shop.

Very professional staff. They figured out small chip on the wine glass which I forgot to check because of being in rush. Although it was time to close the store, they stayed extra just for us. They worked very hard to make sure all the glasses were perfectly fine.
Really liked the service provided. I would highly recommend this store. It was our first visit and would definitely visit them in future.

A good place to buy just about any household goods for the kitchen and dining room.

Bought some nice stuff at good price.
There is a customer car parking with lift access to both floors.
PLENTY of items I could spend whole day checking things out. A few staffs on floor, readily approachable and helpful.
They have shopping trolleys and baskets to suit everyone's needs.
There is a toilet for customers 👍👍👍👍👍

I don't know how they do it, but it seems like they always have everything you are looking for at a way less expensive price tag.
My personal experience proves that if you're after the big brands, they'll be sure to have your products at the best price. 👌

So much variety to choose from in a surprisingly good sized store. The prices are the best for a retail place compared to online it’s pretty close. Can’t go wrong here if you’re looking for anything for you kitchen or laundry. We scored some ceramic cooking dishes for 40% off and way cheaper than anywhere else. Almost worth the trip to look through the discounts.

Since the day I found this place, I've been sourcing all my kitchen wares here almost exclusively. Great selection of items with good price. Best value I found. They are pretty friendly with returned items as well. We returned an item 1 month after the purchase, they saw the receipt, didn't ask any question and gave us the same value of shop credit straight away. And we'll happily spend this shop credit soon.

I've been a long time fan of Victoria's Basement, both instore and online. But recently I ordered a couple of dinner sets online and I was dubious as to what condition they would arrive in, being sent by post. Well they arrived yesterday and clearly the staff at VB know what they're doing. Everything was packed so well in the box, even the roughest postie couldn't have damaged them. Thanks so much!!

Lots of lovely kitchen & outdoor cooking items & great variety too! I got baking gadgets, cake domes & half a dozen tiered cake/dessert stands as gifts for my friends & family and I have gotten really nice compliments for those gifts.

Love their stock, and artarmon branch as the best security guard.

The best place to go for buying cookware. Plenty of options. A staff member Brendan was very helpful in explaining the features, pros and cons of vessels from different brands which helped my purchase decision based on good information.

Went to buy a trolley for moving laundry for our business. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. My legs are shot so the girl went upstairs and got it for me no worries
