Just walked in off the street one afternoon and was able to walk around the store without being bothered and had a good look at the selection, eventually asked one of the sales guys for help and then bought my bike and helmet that day! I have went twice. Mature asian guy and the lady who moved here from London, they have served me so well that it hard praise them in few words. But these guys are so well at customer service that i have never met these nice people ever before. I went there for $5 items and i have ended up buying $200 clothings.

Very helpful. So nice, he even went out the back to look for an orange helmet. Emmanuel was awesome. Would recommend him

This was my first experience with 99 bikes. It was not straightforward because I had a huge problem. They were really helpful and understanding. Yes, I will go to them again.

Was looking to upgrade to a full suspension mountain bike, and 99 bikes had many to choose from. James talked me through my options in a very friendly, informative and professional manner, and I have ended up with a bike I couldn't be happier with. Thank you to all staff I interacted with, especially James!

So far so good. Popped in last week to book a service. Today popped in for said service. Half a day later, advised of service completion, collected serviced bicycle shortly after. Bike looks great, the whole process was quick and easy and I haven't any complaints. If anything changes I'll update the review, but I hope this store sticks around.

2 weeks later: either I'm fitter or this service has made a massive difference for me. Kudos!

Have dealt with the Adam at Success a couple of times, the guy is incredibly helpful. Can't fault his customer service skills.

Getting my sons first mountain bike. Phoebe our sales assistant was great at engaging with our kids and making sure my boy felt safe and knew how to use the features on his new bike in a safe manner. We were able to do a test ride on a few bikes to see what he liked best. Excellent customer service and would definitely buy from 99bikes again.

30 day exchange policy was very helpful too as the bike I got was a bit too big in the end.

Went to 99 Bikes on Beeliar drive yesterday to buy the young bloke a new bike for his birthday. (They were having a sale too)
After chatting to Phoebe on the phone first, and then heading over later, she sized him up, did a safety check on the bike, let him do a test ride etc.
In short, she was fantastic and an absolute credit to the company
