Outstanding customer service! I placed an order for pickup earlier in the week - too late for delivery before Xmas. Next thing, my partner and I both come down with Covid and can't get to the shop. I called to let them know I will be there to collect after Xmas. Before I know it, the owner called back asking for my address and 2 hours later, the grandkids Xmas presents are at my door.

Really nice. I was getting a trike for my grandsons birthday. The man there put it together for me which I was really grateful for.

Great toy store with a good variety of toys at decent prices. Like most stores throughout Australia, they are slightly low on stock at the moment due to Covid-19 resulting in delays to their orders but they still have plenty of toys and crafts to offer in store. The owners are absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

i went there to get a doll for my daughters birthday. one of your employees sharted violently on me as i was about to pay. then they ate my daughter. very traumatic experience. i got the doll though. here is the photo. i give this 5 stars.

I drop of dolls clothes that I sew myself. I have done it for years and know the owners quite well , they are very nice to deal with.

Having to shop at the last minute with my children in tow, they were very understanding, hiding my purchases from the children and then helping me conceal them in non-transparent packaging.
