Loving the new showroom, lots of computers to try out and dream of owning.
Service was great both times I went and the ordering was straightforward and quick, definitely my preferred PLE store now!

Tired of these 1 star reviews from folks with a single review. Honestly.
I've spent well above that what Julian spent over the years. Always impressed with the level of service and advice. I've been custom building water cooled PCs for nearly 10 years. I appreciate the complexity and challenges around my hobby. I know Julian has no idea. Sometimes things don't fit, bump and, scratch cases, fans, radiators. What planned and measured doesn't turn out in the real world. 1mm of clearance, great, it fits and we ain't buying a new case or slim radiator which then changes other things like fan selections and things run out from there. Slade, always helpful and I've been dealing with him for years. How dare you, Julian. Lad just trying to help you out and you publicly dumping on him. As for the rest, well to me it sounds like you were treated as you acted, your review is prime example. I'd refuse your custom in future if it were me. Acting like you deserve special treatment because you spent money on a thing you know little about. Meanwhile, modders and builders dropping twice that and thanking those behind the counter for being on the journey with us. Sit back down sunshine, the adults are too busy to deal with you chucking toys out the pram.

Best computer shop in Perth with the best prices. Have been using PLE ever since Storm computers burned down in Myaree and have never looked back.

They don't charge fees to use cards and have a very good customer interface on the website which tracks all your warranties for you etc...

Overall this business deserves all the customers with fair prices and good service.

Great online ordering experience, I was kept up to date on progress of my order via email and text. Everything was ready for pick up on the date quoted at order. Pick up was quick and easy from the Cockburn store - plenty of parking close by. Prices are a little expensive compared to other sellers online, but when you factor in shipping costs from the other sellers, PLE are competitive.

Bought a second hand pc and had errors with it so I brought it into PLE, got given a quote for $119 from Christopher M, and an estimated completion for 7 days, although completely backed up with other things, my pc was checked out and fixed in 3 days, after receiving a report for the issues, the technician Aaron O went through a list of problems that he had spent his time to fix that weren’t even brought up when I took the pc in, Aaron did all this and still charged me $119 for it all as that was my quote even though it should have been around $500, these guys are absolute legends and I couldn’t recommend them more.

First time buying a gaming pc the sales staff made it super easy for me. Have been running pc no problems and very happy with it

Full stars for outstanding service, massive range and detailed knowledge with PC building. Great for anyone looking to upgrade or build their next Gaming PC. Excellent service!!!

These guys are always helpful, and can understand my annoying questions. It's always a pleasure doing business here.

Having been an IT reseller before, I've found it much easier to shop at PLE than with a supplier. The customer service they provide is incredible, they want to make sure you get the right product. When I bought my new laptop, they did all the custom work and they usually did it on the spot.

Their new store is also amazing!

Incredibly friendly people who are always happy to offer help. They helped me select the possible rig for my utility within my budget. Years later, I contacted them for some advice, they happily provided quality advice over an email. Strongly recommended as one stop shop for all computer purchases, upgrades and repairs.

Very helpful staff who knew their stuff and were more than happy to help the people out.

The guy who served me at the Cockburn PLE (My receipt/tax invoice said that I was served by "slade.j") was so incredibly helpful! I had a negative experience at another store previously (I had felt rushed and purchased something that ended up not being what I wanted/needed), I told him this and he took his time to walk me through everything, explaining everything and showing me exactly what I needed for each option and what all my options are. I walked out feeling so excited and knowing exactly what I wanted, needed, and how to put it all together, plus what my options are going forward. Coming from myself, someone who knows absolutely nothing, he was so incredibly patient, taking the time to show me example of different variations, colours, etc, for me to know that what I walked out with was 100% perfect for me :) xxx

PLE computers are a wonderful computer supply shop. Staff are friendly, helpful and have a wide scope of knowledge that they are happy to share with customers. They are well stocked with a wide variety of computer needs and are competitive in their pricing. I highly recommend this computer shop. Everything was quick and easy from ordering to supply, then payment.

Great customer service on Friday the 14/07 around 17:45hr was picking up a ASRock steel legend B650e motherboard the young man behind the counter helped make sure my current stuff was compatible with the board

Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It was very busy the day I went there (Saturday). Queue was to the front entrance, but staff were patient, and apologised to customers for the wait even though it wasn't their fault. It was just a really busy day. Out of stock items on my list were replaced and explained to me before being replaced. Awesome place!

I was recommended PLE by a family member and they have been fantastic. My desktop was transported from the east coast and damaged in the move (...shocker, I know...) and PLE managed to fix it and have it working again.

Nearly 12 months later, I had a PC build/upgrade and now I have an ultra fast, shiny new computer. The guys at Cockburn despite how busy they are, are super knowledgeable, friendly and got this built and up and running in 2 weeks. I'll definitely be heading back for future upgrades.

Absolute heros. Slade helped me picked the parts for an urgent PC build, and he did an amazing job. They even helped me figure out what went wrong when I made a mistake assembling it. A very professional, talented bunch. Highly recommended. Any tiny dollars you might save buying from Amazon,etc aren't worth it -- buy from these guys!
