Called in for a look and info about Driving Lights and ended up spending too much time looking around the 'lolly shop' at stuff I can't really afford.
Great info from the staff though which was offered without hesitation and with a lot of common sense.
Will definitely come back when I decide what to do next.

Had a really good experience with these guys. Had a warranty claim for new leaf springs and there was issues finding the invoice because I had the suspension gvm upgrade installed through a dealer. These guys made the effort to call their head office and find the purchase history and invoice and replaced the leafs that day. I rang the day before and they fit me in. Combine this with fault finding the problem and I was sorted and on the road by close of business. Fantastic effort. Will be coming back for more work and products.

Very happy with the advice I received, the service and the end product. I would definitely recommend ARB Cockburn. My only feedback is; can you please give your installers more zip ties to use on your great products. Alternately, ban the zip tie grinch from the workshop.

The team at ARB have been great help to my business over many years. A go to for all my off road needs. The new store is a credit to this family run business. My ARB compressor had stopped working and although I had bought it from the Eastern states two years earlier, I visited the new ARB store at Cockburn, my closest store. Brodie had his electrician troubleshoot and repair my issue promptly and without charge. I was also offered a coffee and seat while I waited. They have a great set up at the store with high quality products and friendly/efficient service that I could not fault. Thank you to Brodie and the team for getting my compressor back up and running!

Called on Monday chasing supply and install of some products after being told by everyone else that I would be waiting for months. They were very price competitive, were able to both supply and install the following week and better yet, were friendly, and reliable. I wish I had found them earlier.

Had the pleasure of Brodie help us kit out our Landcruiser. We really appreciated his time and efficient service. He had a great knowledge of their products, a professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner.

Had a transmission oil cooler fitted to my LC 200 here as they a recommended fitter for the Victorian supplier. Product was obtained by them from Vic in a good timeframe considering and the job booked in. Job was carried professionally and works well. I had to stay around while it was done as I live in the country, so thanks to Garry and the ladies at Action for making me feel welcome and answering a few questions. Much appreciated and would recommend.

Called in to see if they had replacement struts for the rear window of my ARB canopy. Not only did they have them they fitted them free of charge. - that's service!

Michael is going to do a great job on my ute. Haven't got the ute yet but i have a feeling its going to be ok.

Had my 200 series in the Toyota workshop maddington, had a few warning icons flashing on the dash, they informed me that it was the boost gauge, they quoted me $1050 bucks to install the boost gauge correctly i took the 200 series to the guys at Action who fixed the problem of a faulty lose hose in 10 mins, free of charge and upgraded the hose also free of charge, Good honest shop to deal with,Some advice: steer clear of Maddington Toyota.
