Rayner and his team were absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked into the store. After being brushed off by other stores because my budget wasn’t up to their “standard” I was a bit disheartened but Rayner and his team restored my confidence. Once they knew the type of style of riding I wanted to do the options were endless and the recommendations were honest (not some sales pitch). After the 10/10 service I’ve had from these guys I will not be shopping anywhere else!

Highly recommend RJ's Bikes for all of your bike needs, I took my Giant in for a service and they treated it so well it came out looking and riding like the day I rode it out of the bike shop years ago. Excellent service. Took my fixie in needing help with fixing it up and looking for weird parts. RJ's seems to have parts on hand that other shops don't and they have great people. Got some great parts for my mtb too.

For me sometimes going to a bike shop is like going to a dentist.
Nervous of how much it would cost I decided to go to RJs.
To my surprise the cost was more than fair but the service was even better it was exceptional.
I took in 3 bikes and walked out in 5 - 10min.
I'm definitely coming back.

I recently went to get new brake pads and a new tyre for my sons bike.
I received great quality customer service with a smile.
The cost of parts and labour was a great price.
They even oiled up the chain and stopped the noises it was making.
Definitely coming back :)

I purchased a bike off marketplace for my partners birthday and was so disappointed to find it was faulty after the purchase as I was unable to test it. RJ’s bikes so kindly looked at it for me on a busy Saturday and not only fixed it but did it free of charge! I received excellent service from the guys at RJ's Bikes and would definitely recommend. Called in to drop off my kids bike to have the gears tuned and it was fixed straight away for me. This sort of service is rare these days. Shop was well stocked, worth checking out!

Great new owners, very friendly husband and wife team. I took my duel suspension Mtb in and he help me right away fault finding and fixing the issue right there and then even helping me set the bike up to suit my ride. Very happy highly recommend and will definitely return.

Amazing service I got, I was in the store for about a good hour buying a new bike testing it etc. asking him a very big amount of questions was always able to answer them and just overall great service, also gave me a discount on already half price cycling jersey and shorts because i was a bit short on cash after purchasing the bike. will defiantly return
