The Body Shop

I shop, from the bodyshop frequently, but rarely go to any other store. Every single time without fail I've had a worker greet me and offer help, sometimes I need it, sometimes I don't but I'm always super grateful. They're always super helpful, and offer their personal opinions, the testers are always great.
I should have asked for her name but today I had one of the best experiences from an older worker. She was kind, patient and just overall pleasant. She took the time to recommend certain things and just made the experience very pleasant. Whilst she was helping me the other worker was about helping any other customers that walked in.
Definitely would recommend this shop for the customer service alone!
Also please add vanilla body butter, I'll be your most loyal customer!!!

Demi-lee was an excellent help with my Christmas shopping list, also ended up buying a detangling comb as the brushes/combs are gorgeous! Thanks so much for your help, very patient, knowledgeable and lovely :)) Also was left a sample of the product I was quite interested in, very helpful as I have not tried it before, thanks Demi-Lee!

Went to get hubby a stick deodorant and was greeted with a friendly smile and asked if we needed help. I asked for the deodorant and she took us straight to it, (obviously knows the shop well!). Lovely customer service.

Demi-Lee was an excellent help when I didn’t know what I wanted to get with my gift card, asked me about my skin type and my problem areas. She also was very bubbly and friendly. North lakes isn’t my local, but I will definitely make the drive because she is the best consultant I’ve ever encountered.

Went in to grab a couple of things at the Northlakes store and the service was outstanding. Thanks to the store manager Adrian, I ended buying more items for less. Highly recommend this store. The staff are just soo knowledgeable about the products and will offer amazing deals!

Great customer service and offer a loyalty program and samples to take home and sample.

Staff member had great knowledge of products but was pushy, acted like she was working on commission and treated me differently after only buying one thing.

The ingredients are obscene !
