The staff- the two girls are so rude. I tried exchanging my dress i had brought yesterday but they said their is makeup stains on it, when cleary there isn’t it wasn’t a mark on the button of the dress. Horrible. Dissapointment. They were on there phone yesterday.

Always a mess in there.
I suggest employing more staff per day on the shop floor.
Also maybe talking to the team about recovery at the end of the day cause you can walk in at 9:10am and they are vacuuming and folding shirts from the day before.

Poor customer service. Female staff were lovely but the male with a moustache is appalling. I will refuse to shop at this store because of his attitude

Terrible service. I had no idea hanging out, being on their mobiles, eating and ignoring customers was part of retail. They have about ten staff members on at any given time but they only talk to each other. Shame.
