I would like to congratulate this store on its incredible staff. Berto was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice young gentleman to deal with making our shopping experience pleasurable. We also had the pleasure of meeting another young man in store, who I think his name was. Kyle, (forgive me for not remembering). And the two young guys who delivered our goods were above, and beyond nice young men. Such a lovely thing to see in this crazy world today. I love this Harvey Norman. It's not very busy and if you go there on a weekday you'll have several staff members available to help you at once. The customer service is great.

I recently visited Harvey Norman, Loganholme, with the intention of exploring new phones and phone plans. I must say the customer service provided by Rick and Glenn was exceptional.

Rick took the time to thoroughly assess our current plans and usage, going above and beyond to compare them with the best deals and promotions available. His expertise and dedication were evident as he considered the total costs over the contract period, ensuring we could make an informed decision tailored to our needs.

A big shout out to Ben from the furniture team. Thank you for all your efforts and for the great customer service experience that I have received from you during my purchase of my new recliner. Nothing was ever too hard. Even though you had no stock at the time you made sure that you were able to acquire it from another store. The delivery service was also great, the guys turned up with a smile and were very polite. They did a great job, I appreciate the great service so thank you to all involved.

When we entered the store, we were greeted by a woman at the counter who then asked if she could assist us and took us to the are we needed and explained all about the product we were looking at. She then gave us room to discuss the different options. Another woman came up to us and asked if we needed assistance and proceeded to answer all our questions. What great friendly customer service.

Glenn helped me upgrade phone and watch from iPhone to Pixel 8. Fantastic customer service from him. Very informative and nothing was too much trouble.

A huge shoutout to Shane and Glen for their immaculate customer service! Went out of their way into sourcing stock from another store as they have ran out at Loganholme. It’s so hard to find people in retail that really care about their customers. I can never thank you enough!

Great service from them (furniture section) and the delivery guys were courteous and helpful. When there was a problem with one of the sofa legs it was fixed promptly. Price may have seemed a bit higher but the items were high quality so overall good value for money. Highly recommend them.

Just stopped by here to have a look at the tech stuff need a new watch and just met the most helpful staff member he was super nice and helpful I'll definitely be coming back here for sure 😀

Salesman was very helpful, they didn't have what I was after but he checked all his options then gave me other stores I should try, very pleased .

We visited Harvey Norman Loganholme on 14/08/23. It was public holiday and seems the store was a bit-under staffed! We were served by Glen. Glen was very friendly and professional, really listening and responding to our needs! He went above and beyond to help us find the best deal, helped us with all our questions and even provided support setting it up and advice on how to best care for the laptop. What assess to this team! The lady on the front desk - Millie was really friendly and ensured we were looked after from the moment we walked in! Great experience in this store! Well done 👏

Over the years we bought many many items , from games , appliances , house hold , we always return because the service is always good . Exceptional service from Carlos. Was only picking up for work, but the dedication he made to make sure he knew who i was as soon as I walked in the door, made it one of the easiest transactions I have ever done.
