I visited the store for the first time on Monday and received assistance from Natasha (I hope I got your name right). She was incredibly helpful in talking me through car seats and prams. I walked in feeling super overwhelmed as it was my first shopping experience for baby related items and I had no idea where to start. I'm so grateful for her patience, guidance and expertise. The team at baby bunting booval are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They have helped us since day 1 of bub being born with car seat fitting and purchases. We recently had a scenario where our car seat got uninstalled by another party and baby bunting were quick to help get the car seat reinstalled before our drive to Canberra. The male installer was very polite and explained/ showed how the seat installation works. Thank you to he and the team for being so helpful.

Fairly solid variety in baby goods. At speciality store prices. Would be nice to see a greater variety in licensed clothing for toddlers as many were very pastel patterns. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Would be nice to see toilet facilities or some seating made available for women who are pregnant and shopping. Had to finish in the store earlier to take my wife to the toilet.

Staff are really helpful and kind. They have a diverse range of items and products available. Plenty of parking available including disability and wheelchair access.

I had the best customer service from Danica. She answered all my questions about baby swings and baby carriers without pressuring me to purchase and you could tell she genuinely just wanted to help me as a first time mum. The lady at the baby seat fitting station at the front of the store was also very helpful. It's now my go to baby bunting store!

Visited quite a few times so far through my pregnancy and have been pleased each visit. Now just awaiting delivery of my items! Can’t wait

The service is absolutely fantastic. The ladies who work in there (and the guys who have done our car seat fittings) are wonderful! They could not be more helpful if they tried. They are always honest with their recommendations on what they think might work for us and our girl as they have heir own experiences and knowledge. They have helped us buy something much more suitable when we needed and saved us money by saying that we could use something else. It's the friendliness, honesty, helpfulness and genuine happiness when talking to them that keeps us coming back. They remember us every time and have seen our girl grow even from before she was born. I can't rate this store highly enough. I have been to another couple (even baby Bunting stores) it's just not the same.

Beautiful service. Called to order a high chair which was out of stock all across QLD except for this particular store which unfortunately was out of my way. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to calculate how much shipping of this particular item would be to my area. I was expecting it to be between 50-100 dollars as it was being delivered by a private company. To my surprise the delivery fee was only $5. Everything was organised within 5 minutes. I felt like the most annoying customer as this wasn’t a straight forward purchase but regardless they were so helpful and patient with me. Thank you to the ladies at Booval Baby Bunting

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. They stock a lot of brands that are difficult to find elsewhere (like Medela) and there is a baby car seat fitting service every Saturday that is just awesome.
