Lunchbox Sushi

Small store so not much to score on the Atmosphere front. This doesn't stop the quality of the food or service. Brown rice available as well as the normal sushi. Katsu Curry, Spring Roll and Gyoza options are also excellent. I always make a purchase when passing through Castlemaine.

Freshly made. A great lunch spot for the town as evidenced by the regular queues of locals and visitors. If you want wasabi be sure to ask for extra as you really do not get much (see photo)

My family ate lunch here and loved the sushi rolls and salad! There were lots of different options for those of us with dietary requirements. We tried various types of sushi and they all tasted fresh and yum!

My sister insisted that we have sushi for lunch and given that we were tired, I won’t even bother arguing and there was only one good Sushi shop in the world and that's LUNCH BOX Sushi 🍣 .

We got a few rolls chicken and avocado rolls, salmon rolls, avocado rolls. My 3 sushi rolls were amazing price and so big for the price. They were so cheap.

The people serving were very polite and were always lovely and when you are down they cheer you up and you always get so full because they are so big.

The sushi rolls are so good as well. All the sushi is amazing and such good quality and you can tell they have a passion for their amazing shop.

I 100% recommend going there. They have the best sushi ever!

Rice rolls are a good double the size of similar establishments.
A great variety of dishes quickly served with no fuss.perfect for the person who has limited time for lunch.
I can see now why this is so popular.
The commitment to keep sugar and salt to a minimum is most welcome.
Will be a regular lunch destination for me in a town were we are spoiled for choices.

I get to many Sushi places in Central Victoria and when in Castlemaine I always go to Lunchbox Sushi. They make sensational sushi! Thanks for filling my lunchbox with sushi.

Nice little Sushi place with variety of Sushi options. Great vegetarian and vegan options too.

This place has the best fresh ingredients and home made no sugar sushi rice. The bento box is a fantastic deal and the salad is the best Japanese small salad I have had.

Freshest sushi I have ever had. The curry chicken katsudon bento box is amazingly value. Their picked veg is out of this world.

Delicious sushi and other Japanese cafe items. The octopus balls on rice on the takeaway lunch packs was fast cheap and tasty !!
