Solahart Ipswich

I had a Solahart 5.22 kW Solar PV system installed about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, the inverter failed in July this year, and I was unaware of the failure until I received an electricity bill with a significant increase in usage from the grid. I tried contacting the manufacturer FIMER, but no one answered, so I contacted Solahart and the reseller of the ABB/FIMER system. They sent a technician out that same day, who reported back to the office that the unit was found to be faulty and would be replaced under warranty. However, when I reached out to Solahart to inquire about the additional costs I incurred for the grid usage during the time that the inverter was not working, I received a less than satisfactory response from Judy at Solahart Brisbane West. She was condescending and implied that I should have been taking better care to monitor my solar system for faults and should have reported it sooner. She also suggested that they had done me a favor by replacing the unit under warranty, even though it had passed the warranty period by one day when I reported it to Solahart. It's understandable that I would be frustrated with this response, especially given that I had already tried reporting the issue to FIMER without a response prior to the warranty period passing. Additionally, it's concerning that Solahart sent me a reminder for a 5-year servicing on a Solahart Hot Water system that I don't own.

Based on my experience, I would recommend that Solahart Brisbane West improve their customer service and communication with their customers. It's important for companies to be understanding and empathetic towards their customers, especially during difficult times. I hope that my review will help Solahart Brisbane West improve their services and prevent other customers from having similar experiences.

Obviously have no customer service standards anymore. If your a worker wanting any type of service go elsewhere because they won't help in any way Shap or form
