Mower Depot Ipswich - Husqvarna

$14.50 for 2 washers - Another mower store in Ipswich advised against getting the Ipswich Husqvarna dealer to work on my Husqvarna ride on. I needed a part for my mower - 2 washers. I live several hours from Ipswich and thought it would be a good idea to walk into a Husqvarna store. I was met by a lady who said the (Husqvarna) computer network had been playing up all day. But she persisted. Despite not understanding what I was asking for, she continued to ask the computer. A young kid walked over and said, 'I think I saw some of those out the back.' He returned with a shoe box size box with multiple ad hoc washers, nuts, bolts, etc... all wrapped in individual plastic bags. The lady on the computer continued tapping away, looking at the part numbers, and said, 'it says we don't have any of them here. They're different numbers anyway.' Credit to the young kid but don't they have a workshop full of washers? Not wanting to deal with this store again but since I was already there and live several hours awayI said, 'I'll have both'. I was told that would be $14.50. My decision to cop that and pay for them. But when you live remotely and no stores for hundreds of kilometres I didn't want them to suggest they could order the washers and mail them to me. No confidence it would be the right part nor how 'cheap' their postage would be. I had limited time in town and had other things to do. Husqvarna get real. What type of workshop does not carry simple items such as washers, and charges that price. I will not be back. I have no confidence in their customer service or pricing. Footnote - this store specialises is several brands of motor bikes and and one brand of mower, chainsaws, etc... 👎

The worst experience I have ever had 5 weeks to get my Husqvarna chainsaw fixed they never rang me I was always ringing them and th repaired it after all that
