Went in today to get some odd bits for a whipper snipper. Didn't have the part in stock but still found a way to sort it out. Very helpful

I'm from out of town and in Ipswich to tidy up my house and yard. I only needed new blades on my push mower, but didn't have any tools with me. I rang another Ipswich mower business and it would be weeks before they would be able to put some blades on. I rang Central Mowers and the workshop said straight away, 'yep, bring it in.' Cost was also reasonable. I guess one store wanted my business more than the other. More and more these days I am about customer service. And they haven't sent me a customer survey email.I don't need prompting to give a business a plug (i.e. google review). Word of mouth (and google reviews) are still the best advertisement for a genuine business.

We arranged for our Brush cutter and Chain saw to be serviced. Outstanding service and affordable. Excellent experience!

My mate and I had to go in to Central Mowers this morning to buy a new head for my whipper snipper. As we left I said to Bill "And that's why you buy a Stihl" You absolutely could not fault the service!

The team repaired my Cub Cadet ZTS 42 the same day I dropped it off. They explained what the fault was and suggested a better way of replacing the air filter.

Went to another local shop who said they don't stock any parts and have to order in (a inner tube), so googled the next closest, Been twice sofar for some parts, belts and blades etc, mower works better than new thanks to these guys, well priced.

Will be back to buy a chainsaw soon.

Very very busy shop ,he may not answer the phone straight away but he is very attentive to his customers and has looked after me on many occasions he even fixed my mower and let me pay 2 weeks later how often does that happen 😀

Highly recommend as we brought our Cub Cadet to them to fix as we had given it to another mower shop to fix and they had it for 12 weeks and told us there was nothing wrong with it even though smoke was coming out of it, steering wouldn’t work properly and the belt kept coming off. Central mowers took just over a week to fix all three problems and our mower now runs beautifully. Wish we had of known about them before we wasted 12 weeks with the other mower shop which couldn’t fix it and stressed us out. Highly recommend Central Mowers as they are professional and well organised and know their machinery,
