Florence the Clinical Labs staff member was exceptional at her job, she was happy, pleasant and had great customer service skills, would highly recommend her. A bonus was that I didn't have to wait was served immediately.

This blood testing operation is in the Kardinia Medical complex, along with doctors and pharmacy. A standard blood testing fascility, you take a number and wait your turn. Staff are particularly sensitive and careful with the elderly. It must be noted, one just can't march into a blood test, you'll need a doctors referral. And most importantly, your doctor will advise whether or not you'll need to fast prior your test.
