I have always had a great experience here. The most recent experience was no different. The technicians are professional and lovely! And very understanding as my veins have minds of their own so they need to work hard to get the samples haha!

Amazing experience with the two lovely ladies. They are always welcoming and go over and beyond with their patient centred approach. They are both highly skilled and have never missed a vein and get it on their first go and almost always pain free.
I wouldn't go anywhere else in geelong. Well done 👏

Best technician I’ve ever had. I’ve had many blood tests that are always a little uncomfortable. The technician could tell I was uncomfortable, and was able to distract me by holding a genuine conversation. She was warm and efficient at her job. The process was over very fast and one of the only times I haven’t had a bruise afterwards! She had dark hair and had studied forensic science at uni. I usually always procrastinate getting my blood drawn, but I would happily go back here to have my blood drawn by her next time. 10/10 for both her technical and interpersonal skills! 👏🏼

Love this clinic! Efficient and friendly staff members. Small wait at peak times, but nothing compared to the Melbourne centres I have been too.

The pathologist Deb, eased my anxious mind, & got me first time easily, which has been difficult over the years, I will be revisiting. I must have been lucky as there was no wait time either.
