Queen of the West

We had a wonderful first experience at the Queen of the West, all my kids had so much fun on the playground and sandpit aswell as enjoying the animals and free face painting that was there over the weekend.
The service was great, lovely staff that are willing to cater to everyone and very helpful. Amazing food, generous size meals, reasonable price and overall just a great friendly atmosphere.
An extremely family friendly restaurant, will be visiting again very soon and recommending to friends and family 😊

We had a fabulous celebration for my 50th birthday! Staff were so helpful at each stage of the planning. On the night, all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating (making lots of cocktails!). The food was so delicious and fresh, especially the calamari. Lots of GF options too!
I would definitely recommend Queen of the West for a function, a meal or just a night out with friends!

We wanted to have a quiet dinner for my birthday. Online booking was straight forward. On arrival we were greeted very politely by the security department and directed to the reception area.

The staff at reception were lovely and showed us our table promptly.

Everything went smoothly and the food was pleasant pub fare. It was light, healthy and there was a generous amount of seafood in our house made seafood pasta. The scallops were whole and perfectly cooked. We had 3 cheese croquettes for entree. Very tasty.

Gus our waiter was chatty and friendly, giving us all of the information we needed. Full marks Gus! And thankyou.

We think we'll come back as we live very close. It's light and airy inside and a moderately priced local pub. I have mobility issues and access is easy here.

Now one constructive suggestion:- please add a few more dessert options!!

Best pizza I have ever had.
Great new area added to watch the Pizzaiolo stretch doughs and work the wood fired oven.

Big plus is the children's play area to keep our little one occupied.

We visited on Saturday and were excited to try the menu, which is great! A lovely new renovation.

It was my son’s birthday so we were a table of 8.

All of the food was delicious. I had a chicken Parma that was outstanding. Perfectly cooked schnitzel, loads of grilled cheese, an amazing salad with picked cucumber and the chips were great.

The pasta ragu was excellent, as were the kids meals - the penne Bolognese my little one loved.

My fave? Those mozzarella croquettes. I’ll be back for those again and again!

We booked a work dinner for 12 on Parmi Night. A bunch of other colleagues showed up. But it was no hassle for the staff. They were on the ball the whole time. We always had drinks and the food was great. Huge Parmi's for 22$! Then we moved to the bar for a few more drinks tand the bar staff were awesome. Thank you!

Went here to speak to someone about potentially having a party here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms shown have lovely decor. Will edit this if we do end up choosing this place.

The 2 girls behind the bar were that nice & helpful. Parmi went alight as well

Queen of the west? Nah, more like Queen of my HEART! The food is outstanding. Fresh made pasta? Get outta here! And the service? As fresh as its pasta! Lovely time here for Galentines!

First time I have been since the revamp! And absolutely amazing!! Service was excellent! We even got complementary food when while we were having a drink! Absolute knock out! We will definitely be returning! 💖

Food and wine were delicious! My partner’s chicken schnitzel was crumbed and cooked to perfection. Great chips! My barramundi was similarly very nicely cooked, tender and moist with crunchy skin.
We bought a really delicious bottle of Giant Steps Chardonnay for a super reasonable price. Great dessert too.
Service was relaxed, friendly but very attentive.
Very few people in on a Sunday night which detracted a little from the atmosphere.

A great pub and definitely worth a visit. Very solid craft beer tap range and excellent food. Staff are helpful and attentive. Live music worth listening to as well.

So many gf options. Love this place. Dining areas are spacious and different options to choose from - indoor, outdoor, booths, private dining space. Service really great too. Def be back.

Great place to a couple of cold ones while the kids run a muck on the supersized maccas playground!! Great food too!

Gluten free options were fantastic! The staff were amazing especially Jacksen who went out of his way to make sure we had a great night.

I had my 50th birthday dinner at Queen of the West and it was fantastic. Great food, great service, and they were happy to move the tables around to accommodate all my guests. I'd definitely recommend it as a place to celebrate any occasion.

I go to karaoke here pretty much every weekend and, absolutely love it. Steph, the karaoke host is warm and friendly and the rest of the staff are just as welcoming. There's always great music here as well.

Friendly staff, fresh food, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Couldn't find a negative. The $25 express lunch far exceeded our expectations. Staff were fantastic. Will be back and highly recommend it.
