I recently needed quite a few different things done and the team was really helpful, they told me everything up front and the price was good. I was able to have a great chat with Nathan while he worked on my car/key and he was a really funny bloke so it made my day. They were also able to give advice on some items I wasn't sure on for next time.

Got two car keys done today, the best service i've experienced in retail, thank Nathan. Fast and friendly.

Cut and programmed a new car key whilst I waited and resoled my Motorbike boots ready the next day , 10/10 service.

The owner (or as the ignorant reviewers here call him 'the bald guy', can I come to your work place and describe you) is one of the finest engravers I have seen.

So quick, I dropped off my watch and 10 minutes later I returned and it was completed, even offered a reduced price in a key cut, which I accepted. Thank you for your professional customer service.

Took a pair of 35+ year old leather flats in. Holes in the soles, stitching coming apart, not looking flash. 1 week later, very happy customer! Good, if not better, than new. Highly recommend. Thanks Guys.
