Shopped here today for the first time and we had the most wonderful experience. A younge lady with dark brown hair served us, couldn't see her name tag under her hair, but she really did an amazing job. We came in for 1 present and left with 3 plus a nutcracker charm for myself. My new favourite place for gifts.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is really nice dealing with a family owned business. The services they offer are done in house instead of sending your precious things to some outside repairers. They were also there for a rush job under very special circumstances. I don’t go anywhere else anymore.

I took in my mother’s very old gold ring which (was extremely dull and no shine) for a clean. I had very low expectations and didn’t even know if a clean would help with anything. When I say I was absolutely shocked when they handed my ring back to me… that’s an understatement. I was blown away with how shiny and beautiful it looked! Would definitely recommend and will be returning with my other rings.

These guys are amazing! Needed a pair of gold earrings cleaned and polished for formal. The cleaning look less than 5 minutes and came out perfectly. Service was free as they were small. Customer service from Lisa was great. Very happy.

I was given an Opal for Mothers day from my son and I took it to Springfield jewellers and I had them set it in a necklace and the work was amazing and the Staff and the jeweller has done a fantastic job setting and designing my necklace.
