Everyday Clay

Everyday Clay was a massive hit at our event! Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the planning side of things so easy for us. It was wonderful to see so many people in the zone and getting creative. Big smiles all around!

We bought the DIY clay kit- super easy to use, it comes in a lovely box with different tools, colours and clay. It was great to see our finished pieces, we put some of it to use straight away- our dog, Ren loves his snack bowl! Highly recommend Everyday clay! Thanks Amanda for being attentive :)

Had a wonderful pottery session with Amanda for our bachelorette party. We had an amazing time being creative, making pottery in a very fun and relaxing way. Amanda was so lovely. She was very helpful and very patient with all of us. Highly recommended! Such a great experience!

We had Everyday Clay come to our library to host a pottery workshop for kids 8+ as part of the spring school holiday program.
Amanda was a pleasure to work with. The communication leading up to the event was excellent and the session was thoughtfully planned with a combination of music, movement and clay play.
We had a delightful afternoon, kids (and carers) were fully engaged and produced some wildly creative pieces. Amanda has a lovely way of presenting and putting all at ease. Everything was explained fully and she made sure to give all participants some one on one time.
Feedback from our families was overwhelmingly positive. If you are looking for a pottery workshop I highly recommend everyday clay.

After completing Amanda's beginner workshops, I wanted to support her ceramics business again by purchasing a diy claykit for my sister's birthday! I got the tokyo mug and mystery box for myself and I love all the little dishes and pieces that came together. The packaging was all wrapped so carefully and I'm loving the sustainability. Amanda is so sweet throughout the whole process, and communicating with her is always pleasant! Thanks so much Amanda and team again!

I got the clay kit as a gift for my birthday and it was the most perfect lockdown activity! (Obviously can be done not during lockdown too). I love that they get it fired for you too and come and pick it up and drop it off, was the most adorable experience from start to finish. I also love my finished products. Would 100% do it again and would buy as a gift for any occasion! Everyone we dealt with was so lovely and helpful too. They also sent me some dope photos (attached) of the mugs I made while I was waiting to get out of lockdown to receive them

I had so much fun with this clay kit! It was still lockdown here in Melbourne when I got the kit and this was honestly a great therapeutic distraction. Amanda has been so amazing as well. I wasn’t sure how to get the handle on my mugs and she took a video to show me how to do it. She’s super sweet and helpful and will always answer my queries via insta message. I highly recommend Everyday Clay! :)

I put in for a custom order mug just before COVID hit big and despite all the obvious circumstantial set-backs one might expect from a business trying to run within a major lockdown, everyday clay managed to pull it off so much sooner than I could have expected and with exceptional quality too!
I also received regular status updates !

The Clay Creation session was a real hit at my workplace. The kids had a great time, and Amanda was an excellent facilitator. Her art therapy background showed in her wonderful manner with all the participants. They were clamoring to say thank-you and to show off their work!

We had a wonderful 2-hour pottery workshop with Amanda of Everyday Clay last Saturday to celebrate my friend's hens party. It was so much fun and everyone had a fantastic time, even though none of us had much experience with clay or pottery in general. Amanda explained and took us through the whole process, answered all our questions and guided us in the making process. Her energy and calming presence made all us felt comfortable yet excited to dive into each step of the process.

Leading up to the event, I had several email and phone correspondence with Amanda. She was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions and also provided a lot of flexibility with how we could structure the session, while keeping in mind budget considerations. I am also super impressed (and pleased that I don't have to prepare) with all the materials and tools (e.g., hand towels, tools, wooden boards to work on, etc.) she prepared for each workshop participant. Very thoughtful and practical! Amanda is also detailed-oriented and even prepared a wonderful playlist which helped set the ambience.

I would not hesitate to do it again and would highly recommend Amanda and Everyday Clay to all my friends and family! In fact, a few of my friends who attended the session has hinted they would like to do it again soon. This is a true testament to Amanda's level of expertise as an artist, her capability as a teacher and her approachability as a person :)

Amanda was such a lovely host and teacher at a recent hens pottery session. We all had a great time creating two beautiful pieces of pottery under careful instruction and a very relaxed environment. Majority of us were completely new to pottery. Would recommend Everyday Clay for future pottery fun for beginners. Thankyou for a lovely memorable session.

Highly recommend Everyday Clay. We bought a clay kit for our daughters birthday. Quality materials and easy to book firing service. Amanda beautifully wrapped and boxed up the completed fired pieces.

I ordered a birthday gift from Amanda - a mug and a mask for a friend. The mug was beautiful, and my friend also really liked the mask because it was breathable and comfortable. The present was delivered really quickly (the day after it was dispatched) and arrived beautifully and safely wrapped in time for my friends birthday. Amanda was really considerate and kept me informed about the dispatch and delivery and I would definitely order here again.

On 19 November I took part in the clay art therapy class. It was an amazing experience. I didn't expect it. It was a gift from my friends. I thought it was a clay class where we had to create and make objects with clay, but in fact it was a reflection on ourselves, on our way of being, on our goals, on living in the moment too. During the class, Amanda guided us in the reflection with, I think, a good method. In fact, during this course I felt a lot of feelings and I was very focused on myself. I forget everything else. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to discover clay but and also themselves. Amanda shared with us her good vibes and her sweetness. Thank you so much.

I recently bought the "Stay Young" mug from the seconds sale and have been obsessed with it ever since! The mug has been a great addition to my home and I appreciated the fact that it came with a small note with some additional information about the design. I can't find any defects from warping - it's in perfectly great condition to enjoy throughout the day. I love the colours Amanda has used for the mug and I'm also loving the DOT spreader and pebble trinket dishes from her catalogue. The soft and natural colour selections really pop and they all came really well wrapped up to ensure safe delivery. I love that Everyday Clay are a business who care about sustainability - for example by using second-hand and biodegradable packaging. They are also about supporting the local community - right now, they have this great partnership with Urban Travels to purchase lovely handmade masks, with at least 1 mask donated to a frontline worker for every mask purchased. This is a really great initiative and I'm looking forward to the new designs and products that Everyday Clay come out with!

I ordered from Everyday Clay after seeing some of the stunning designs on instagram. The website was easy to use, with clear descriptions of the items. The designs are all made in small batches, so you will get a unique one of kind item. The two mugs i ordered were beautiful and look even better in person. You can really tell a lot of care and love has gone into making them. I love love my two new mugs! Would definitely recommend checking it out. Postage was quick and communication was prompt and helpful.

I am absolutely elated with the two Carolina Blue tumblers I purchased from Everyday Clay! I have been admiring their cute artwork designs as I sip green tea from them - what an absolute joy!

What can I say about everyday clay other than I absolutely adore the products that Amanda makes. For adults :). I can’t explain how excited I was to receive this and was not disappointed with the array of wonderful handmade products inside. This in turn made me want to purchase more. And recently ordered a seconds item (which I can’t flaw !) and 2 gorgeous little dishes.
