Country Road - Woden

Country Road is a brand with very elegant style. The merchandise is of great quality. The homeware sections are very handy and accompany the attire departments very well. The designs are comfortable to use and prices are usually affordable with plenty of great formatting.

Very friendly and helpful staff , not to pushy but give great suggestions and idea's.

I was assured the chain is truly Australian, which is important when shopping for gifts to send overseas.

Good quality but so pricey

Not a bad store but don't expect any service or a greeting. I felt uncomfortable just browsing in the store. I feel the workers there the day I went weren't in the happiest of moods, I understand. But it really did ruin the experience for me, and had me second guessing buying a bag I was eyeing. I'll be going to another location where I don't feel bad for entering a store.

The older manager lady was pretty curt and cold

Went to country road today and got 6 individuals hand bags for presents , apparently because I am staff I don’t get wrapping service or even a individual bag to put the presents in. The lady at checkout said “ no bags for staff”. I know I am staff but I am also a bloody customer. 😡😡😡
