Not only did we get 5 star service and lots of patience while I wrapped my head around the style of ring I wanted, but Steve also taught us all about diamonds and engagement rings. We really appreciated the insight he gave us from his decades of experience in the industry as well as his effort in sourcing the perfect stone and designing the perfect ring for us. The experience with Ivana and Anton was absolutely amazing.
I was a bit nervous when stepping into Anton because the ring I saw on the website was not there, which means I need to order customised ring and it is normally more expensive (from my personal experience after shopping the ring for 2 months lol).
But to my surprise, the price was even cheaper with higher diamond rate.
Ivana spent so much time to give me the best advice I need and helped me a lot in negotiating the best price for me. Once I made decision on the model that I want and made deposit, she is still around to give me suggestions on the ring detail (such as the claw colour, diamond rate, ...), all to give me the perfect ring that I was looking for.

Secile is a force of nature! She could sell ice to an Eskimo – but in a GOOD WAY! I am the most difficult, cynical, suspicious and (did I mention) CHEAP shopper in the world. But Secile sold me (for my long-suffering partner) a vivid-yellow diamond ring that sparkled like the Milky Way, but was (surprisingly) within my budget…it took a bit of very honest argie-bargie about the Western capitalist market place, and my very small place in it, to reach a bargain. But through it all, Secile was patient, informative, lively and yes, vivacious. I could not recommend her highly enough. Go there! Join the queue waiting to see “si! si!” Secile.

Such a pleasant shopping experience with Terrence., he is patient, friendly and professional. It wasn’t my intention to buy anything initially as I was in a rush. But it’s very impressive with Terrence’s hospitality in first 10 minutes and the follow up messages. Extremely happy with the service and jewellery recommended by Terrence. Will come back for my Bday gift for sure.

I saw a beautiful set of sapphire and diamond necklace and earrings at their Boutique. The key was that kenny, their handsome salesman, was very patient and helped me try it on, explained the quality of the jewelry to me, answered all my questions, very professional. Knowing that the day was our 20th wedding anniversary, he also gave us a small gift. It can be said that this shopping is a very good experience. I will go to fill my jewelry box again!
