Was assisted by a young man named Daniel today. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the shoe range. Daniel was so patient and took the time to explain the features of many different shoes which helped me make a decision. Thanks Daniel!

I came to New Balance on a Sunday afternoon to buy new black runners for work and sport. The lady serving me (I didn't catch her name) was really friendly and helpful, and she provided 10/10 customer service. She even measured my feet, so I knew what size I was. On that day, I went to heaps of other stores to look for runners including Nike, Platypus, Hype, Skechers, Rebel Sport, Nike and Adidas. But New Balance had, by far, the best customer service. Thank you so much.

Staff was amazingly helpful .. he understood what I was looking for and helped me try various models and explained the difference .. as for the store I believe it should display more models to attract buyers, especially that it is a concept one .. finally, I found what I came for and bought it online as planned .. five stars to New Balance

As opposed to other times I've visited there I had some really valuable customer assistance from a girl named Dee. I was after footy boots for my wide feet, so she measured them up, and gave me recommendations of which boot to look for after they realised they had none in stock for my size. I was really pleased with my experience there and with Dee's product knowledge of the different types of boots.

Didn't get to find the right match of shoe here but excellent and friendly service received. Will consider coming back to try on more pairs

Received great service trying on shoes yesterday. Didn’t catch the guys name, but he knew what he was talking about and was very helpful with finding there right fit. Very happy with the shoes too.
