I have nothing but positive things to say about D and the others at the surgery. They live up to the name of Gentle dentist. Their communication was excellent. All the staff were welcoming and informative. The surgery undertaken was very well and professionally done. I thought they were all nice people and I thought D was a great dentist. I am now a regular patient.

As a grown man who is still afraid of needles, Dr William ensured the whole process was as pain free and in my case less phobia inducing as possible.

Great dentist and assistant. I'd highly recommend to others, especially if your like myself and have a weird phobia of needles still.

Superb!! I highly recommend them! My elderly father had a severe toothache, his current dentist couldn’t fit him in, we were told maybe in 2 days if there was a cancellation. I found on google My Gentle Dentist and called them. Tina who answered the phone was amazing! They saw him an hour later! They kept me in the loop to what was happening as he is 91 years old and I also received a phone call the next day to see if he was doing ok. Such kind and caring service. Thankyou to all the team at My Gentle Dentist!

Got a crown done today, very scared. 1st appt 8.30am and the most pain was the needle and he was as gentle as he could be. 2nd appt 11am, crown made instore by Deepak and put in place, outta there by 11.30am. Very happy and pretty painless. Highly recommend 🙂

I got a deep clean and my wisdoms removed with Dr. Deepak Parwani. I was petrified for my wisdom teeth but he made the process simple and easy (to my surprise). Definitely would recommend!

A few months later, I went back to him to get crowns on my two front teeth. Before going to him, I had actually accepted that they would be too expensive to afford and that I would potentially be looking at going overseas to get an affordable option. To my absolute surprise, it was an incredibly easy process and completely affordable. I was really nervous about the whole process as I had waited (self-consciously) 20 years for the day to get my new front teeth and feel comfortable with my smile again. He absolutely could not have done any better! I honestly cried when I saw my teeth for the first time. It was artistry. They are absolutely beautiful, the colour match is perfect and my confidence has shot right up again. I still can't stop smiling whenever I look in the mirror. On a personal note; having this procedure done by him has changed my life. I feel more confident than I have felt in over 20 years. I don't have to hide my teeth from glaring blue at people when the sun is shining on them. I honestly cannot thank you enough Dr. Deepak Parwani for what you have done for me. If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.

Wow is all I can say from the phone call to reception to gain an appointment.. absolutely oustanding service. Then attending this practice it was so clean crisp and inviting. Nothing was a issue and then meeting dr Angela who was the most professional and personable dentist I have ever met. She told me cost at start and then update all way through and also refused payment to do part of treatment as it was basic.tjey allowed my children to come in with me and kept them up to date what was going in as well. I have never had that done. I really can't recommend this practice enough.

Words can’t describe how blessed I am to have been looked after so well, not only once by this incredible clinic but twice! From start to finish they were extremely professional and caring. The amazing receptionist (vicky) has made sure that I got the care I needed as soon as possible and was one of the people who made me feel safe and ensured me that no matter what issue there was; I was in good hands and that everything was gonna be okay. I had two wisdom teeth removed and as someone who is quite uncomfortable and scared of getting teeth removed, Dr Deepak Parwani did his job flawlessly. I felt minimal to no pain during the whole process of getting the teeth removed and the procedure was so quick. He made me feel heard and treated me with respect. This is the second time Dr Deepak Parwani has given me the care I needed. I walked out of that clinic relieved and grateful for the top quality care I received.

Nothing but the best to say about this place. Formerly a client of the place next door, but I much prefer the staff and service here. Dr Deepak is so friendly, knowledgeable and lives up to the Gentle Dentist name. I’m always worried dentists may push you into unnecessary work, but I’ve never had that feeling here, in fact quite the opposite. I highly recommend.

I was on a mission to find a local dentist that could service myself, my Husband and our three children. Not only did Dr.Deepak (and the whole team), make my very nervous Husband (who hadn't seen a dentist in over a decade), feel less anxious, but was able to make my children enjoy the whole experience as well. I recommend this dentist to everyone!

All the ladies were very helpful and friendly, They were also able to fit me into a last minute appointment and they stayed back when they didn’t need to.

Today, our 14yr old son needed to be seen quickly due to a broken and infected tooth causing alot of pain. Beautiful Vicki took my call and was able to book an appointment for an hour later. Our son was treated by Dr. Deepak who was amazing keeping our son calm and letting him know what was happening. We also had gorgeous Sarah assisting with the treatment!

As a person who suffers from extreme dentistry phobia, and has avoided check ups for too long, I learned the hard way. I ended up needing a crown and extraction on the same day. I literally had an anxiety attack the night before. I wish I had known! I have never had such painless and professional work done on my teeth! We went to My Gentle Dentist @Arana Hills for tooth extraction of my 4 year old. Not only we got a very good quote (1500$ cheaper than another quote), the service was very smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Deepti, who was so good with my daughter. She was calm, patient and very friendly. No wonder they have all 5⭐ ratings.

My Gentle Dentist @ Arana Hills is a excellent dental practice. I’m currently receiving my Invisalign treatment there. Every step of the treatment has been fully discussed, and I feel very comfortable with process. Dr. Deepak is a perfectionist for detail, and even though my treatment isn't complete yet, my smile already looks amazing! All the staff are incredibly warm and supportive to deal with.

My family goes to this practice. I am someone who finds going to the dentist quite unnerving. Dr Deepak did a great job to help me through this process and I am no longer as nervous (and now go every 6 months). After quite some time of not going to the dentist I needed a lot of work done and so far the experience has been painless and the staff accomodating.

They are also great with young kids. My 3.5 year old felt very comfortable for her checkup and clean, all while being very patient with her.
