Always a pleasure shopping here. Nice internal layout of store. Good savings on many items. Anko products are generally all very good quality.

This 5 star review goes straight to the staff at Kmart Arana Hills, especially the team at the photo desk. There were issues with the printer and they had a lot of technical issues that needed a new part, but the staff were fantastic. They called me three times to update me on my order status and when they knew they couldn't reprint the order (issues with the machine printing blurry calendars) they let me know asap so I could reorder at another kmart and they helped me with a refund. All this great service through a very busy Christmas period. Thanks so much to the team!

Great little Kmart. It has everything you'll ever need or want. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just remember to keep your receipt in your hand so it can be scanned upon exiting the store by exit staff.

Today I went to the Aspley store to return 4 Easter craft items which were originally purchased at Arana Hills store on 25/3.
I was told by the team member and also by the manager of the returns department that I can not do a return on Easter craft items due to them now being on clearance.
I told both the staff members that it didn't state instore or on the docket that this was the case.
The manager told me to try Arana Hills store.

I left the store and called A H straight away.
I spoke with manager Jacqui.
Jacqui was lovely and seemed surprised by what I had told her.
She then told me to return them to her store which I will be doing later this week.
Thank you so very much Jacqui for your kindness after the service I received at Aspley today.
I will continue shopping at the best Kmart store on the north side.

Great store, staff are always super friendly, whenever I walk in and leave I always get greeted with a smile. Big props to Henry, i’ve been going to this kmart for about several years and in the last year especially, Henry has always been super helpful with whatever I needed. Plenty of the night time team are also super helpful and friendly.

Who doesn't love their local Kmart? Kmart Arana Hills is easy to navigate and the customer service is always first class!

This store has the happiest and most helpful staff who go above and beyond to make me as a shopper feel great! I have been offered trolly assistance when with child and even offered assistance with taking goods to my car due to injury. It’s great to see staff being so thoughtful.

When I was at this Kmart at Arana hills and this young kid named Ishmael leaded me to the handball section. Thanks to him I only spend 5 minutes in Kmart

Went to buy a product that I had seen on social media.
I found it and then browsed for a few minutes and ended up with a couple of extra items.
Always a great place to shop with an affordable price range.

Have nothing but praise for this store they were the only
Kmart between Brisbane and the Goldie that had a giant giraffe and my grandson wish came true for Xmas they got it to Logan within 24 hours which usually takes longer massive heart felt thank you.

Great store with all you need to satisfy those Kmart cravings. I usually use the photo/print section and department of the store but regularly come here to get affordable but quality products.

The staff are lovely, the prices are great, the range is fantastic, and even if out of stock they always seem to be back next week. Excellent clearance prices too!

Every thing is there. Good men's clothing. Terrific chocolates. Lots of good books. The staff are very friendly

Was quiet for a Sunday. Looks like they are getting stock back in. Shelves were bare for a while but starting to look good again. Always cheap bargains.
