Honestly one of the best EBgames stores i have visited. The staff in this store are some of the friendliest you will find in retail and super helpful to boot.

Sad to hear it's closing down on Sunday (18/02/2024). I only hope that EBgames as a company recognises the amazing work the arana hills team have put in over the years and give the staff any position they desire.

Having three gamer boys, we frequently visit EB Games and are always amazed how knowledgeable the staff is. What they don't know (which is not much), they'll find out for you. It is always a pleasure shopping here!

Blown away by the staff at this store, left a game in my trade in console, even though it was my fault, they went out of there way to get this back to me. Every time I'm in here the staff are friendly and always great to talk too.

These guys always go above and beyond. I couldn't work out why an old wii wouldn't work so took it in. The guy there (I wish I had gotten his name!!) said you have the wrong cable, here use this one and gave me a second hand one for free. He didn't have to do that at all. It absolutely made my day and I so appreciated it.

It's an amazing store with friendly staff and a wide selection. I would definitely recommend to other people. The only downside is the cost. But other than that Its amazing. 😃
