The delivery guy in the Lexus is sexy and first his the best.

I called in to grab a snack .
The guy behind the counter was quick to serve and friendly .
My order was ready in less than 10 minutes .
I was looking in the shop next door when my order was ready and the guy who took my order brought it to me .
The pizza and wings were good .

Regularly order from Pizza Hut Alderley and have to say it’s by far the best Pizza restaurant in Brisbane

The 5 star is for the manager.

While waiting for our pizza, a couple arrived and complained about their order. We were impressed by how the manager handled the situation. He was polite all through out the conversation and even offered to replace the pizza for free.

We haven't had any issues with our pizza orders to date.

I've ordered twice from this store, the second time though, it wasn't the best experience - though the store reached out and offered to help resolve the issues raised - which was a really awesome experience.

It's not often a business will take those steps and the pizza I received as part of that was on time, it was fresh, tasty and just like the Pizza Hut experience we've all grown up with and loved.

Thank you Pizza Hut Alderley for turning a customer experience around. 10/10

Pizza was piping hot and perfectly cooked when I picked it up.
I was having a miserable day and all I wanted was some cheesy garlic bread and Netflix to drown my sorrows in and honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be this yummy!

This Pizza Hut makes one of my favourite pizzas. The Americano which has Pepperoni and mushroom. All for $7 large. This is the best Pizza Hut store I have been to. They make the crust so nice and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. This pizza has lots of flavour! Well done. :)

Ordered pizzas and unfortunately one of the pizzas was wrong. We rang the store and explained the issue and they apologised. Without an issue they sent out the correct pizza to us straight away and an extra side /drink for the inconvenience. 10 out of 10 for customer service. We all make mistakes but it is how you react and respond to your mistake. Thank you to your staff! Excellent customer service!

I accept that with cheap chain pizza restaurants like Dominos and Pizza Hut you “get what you pay for” and I’m fine with that. For some reason every time I order from Pizza Hut Alderley my pizza is unbelievably good! Large, filled with toppings, cooked to perfection. Thank you to your friendly staff.

The perfect Pizza experience. Pizza Hut is well known for their quality pizzas, but I had not had the chance to try them in a long time. Decided to check out Pizza Hut Alderley and they delivered on both quality and taste.

I would love to give a shout out to Pizza Hut Alderley. For going out of their way and going to extreme lengths to make lots of pizzas for my daughter's Birthday Party &, have them all delivered on time which was a specific request to allow the day to run smoothly with how the party was planned. Awesome deep pan pizza! Reminded me of how good Pizza Hut used to be. Hot, fresh, crispy crust, light and fluffy base. Best pizza I've had in a long time.

10/10 hands down the best pizza around, food always comes hot and the best part is there pizzas always has a very generous amount of toppings, the staff are super friendly too wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Cheap deals good pizza and great sides. Delivery is improved with tracking now which makes it easier. Their spicy pizzas are unmatched and triple dippers are great too

Pizza Hut can get a bad rap, but you know I think that their dough is actually superior to dominos, and the price is about the same. Always good service and quick delivery from Pizza Hut Alderley
