Coles Alderley

A relatively new Coles store only opened for business a few years ago. Good location. Plenty of undercover parking as well as outside parking with quick pick-up area. All wheelchair accessible. Store is located on first floor on one side and direct entry on Samford Road side. Wheelchair friendly elevator and escalators. Huge store layout with all the usual Coles items and specials in-store. Deli, Bakery and fresh produce sections. All very fresh and new. A pleasant place for all your grocery requirements. This complex is also home to a well stocked liquorland outlet inside the main entrance. 2024 March update. Nothing has changed since my original review.

An excellent Supermarket with great innovative space between the isles for easy access to the store! Great daily discounts available with fresh fruit & vegetables & fresh meat products! The best rotissery baked chickens with the time they came out of the oven marked on them! Excellent self service area for credit card,eftpos & also assisted registers as well!!!

All the staff at the Alderley Coles are literally the best. I honestly think they are all superstars.
and special mention to Mandy, who is fantastic in the Deli!

Good coles, with plenty undercover and outdoor parking, including wheelchair access. Stock has been good most days, with fresh and quality produce.

Coles Alderley is convenient because it is accessable to people without a car, it is on the train line - Alderley Train Station is just across the road.

One of the better Coles Stores in Brisbane. Big, well organised and easy access to parking.

A good larger size Coles store with plenty of covered parking

Honestly my favourite Coles. I going to miss this as my local because every other Coles isn’t the same. This one is massive, staff are helpful, everything’s well laid out and well stocked.

I found this Coles to be very Well stocked and plenty of variety, with very helpful and friendly staff. The Entrance is wheelchair friendly also it has downstairs parking which has a ramp and it also has ground level parking. Easy for everyone to shop here. Parking is right outside so not much walking is needed. Perfect store compared to others I have been in. U wont be disappointed. Enjoy ur shop it also has a alcohol store outside the entrance for those who need there wine etc.

Plenty of parking, check outs, stock and staff. I have done trolley shops, swing throughs with toddler in the pram, and click and Collect and I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are good natured and helpful.
The ground floor parking is under the store, so in full shade. Upstairs there is designated parents and seniors parking bays. You can buy coffee from a staffed machine next to the front doors that I think is partnered with the cafe across the road.

Easy parking clean store, friendly staff set out much the same as other Coles stores.
Close to the train station, coffee and gift shop.

Store is always tidy, trolley wipes are always available. Have never left empty handed due to stock issues like I do with Woolies almost always. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great sales

Coles Alderley is the best Coles I have ever attended. It has multiple carpark entrances which is very convenient. It is a good size- not too small but not too big and busy either.

Spacious and clean store. Even the baskets are clean, which is nice. Good variety of products. Plenty of parking.

First time I've used click & collect at Coles and the concierge service was excellent. On a busy Sunday noon I only had to wait around 5minutes. The polite young gentle man that bought my order out also kindly packed the shopping in my car for me as I had a hungry newborn. Thank you for your excellent customer service coles! 100% recommended!

Amazingly set out store with large isles, plenty of parking, stock is always full and fresh and you can't appreciate the friendliness of the staff enough! The staff are so helpful, genuine and just lovely to have a conversation with. Keeps me going back!

Great store, good place to pick up groceries as well as the layout is quite nice. Not only that but the location is great being right next to the bus stop and train station. Would recommend!

Good set up, friendly staff. Large selection of products. Spacious isles. Separate store within complex for alcohol with exceptional staff. Only drawback, it's getting too busy at peak times, probably because Newmarket is overcrowded and undersized.
